I love this hotel. Courtyard and swimming were great. The best part is the hotel offers free parking. Definitely will come back.

I liked that the facility was closer to downtown and the cleanliness.

The add-on breakfast did not have many options for starters, it could have been better.for the most part, the staff was on point taking your order in a timely matter except for one, it wasn't friendly at all and his service was terrible. From the start, we kept asking for everything that would have been standard to be at the table. I was very disappointed that one of the cleaning staff stole our money left in an envelope in our purse with people's names on it, and the funny thing was, she left the empty envelope for us. To me, that was very insulting! if you want to steal, at least keep the envelope too.

Beautiful hotel with a great common views, good food and friendly staff.

The rooms assigned for Booking are very far away, they have no windows, you can hear the noise from the street and there is no telephone or internet signal. Maybe you can have a better room if you book directly at the hotel.

The architecture is very nice! Very rich in culture, personnel was friendly and helpful! However shuttle to airport is not included but rather they will make the arrangements for you if you need.

It’s better to pay the restaurant by card because paying cash they might forget that you already paid

The villa is wonderfull: colonial design, large territory, not a standard pool, good kitchen!

The toilet stinks, the swimming pool was full of bugs, I booked for breakfast included and at the end wasn't it.

The courtyard was a really nice place for a morning walk, morning coffee and it was a great place for the kids to enjoy.

The room was really really hot. Unbearable , unable to sleep comfortable at night due to it being very hot. It’s location is not ideal I wish they had a shuttle service of some sort. Not too many taxis or tuk tuks pass by this area.

The grounds are gorgeous, all the food is wonderful, and filtered water on every corner.

A little far from the center but I enjoyed the walk. More expensive than I would have normally booked but it was part of a work trip so I stayed with the group.

Lovely design, gardens and understated but good swimming pool. Although the hotel is modern it is well designed to create a typical street and with exceptionally nice, well tended gardens. The restaurant is at first floor level, open and airy, and overlooks the gardens.

The breakfast was great, and staff were responsive. The location was nice and quiet and relaxing!

The pool wasn’t working properly, it had an algae buildup and was quite dirty, which was disappointing because that’s why we chose this hotel. The rooms weren’t anything special, basic and not worth the price paid.

Restaurant food was good but not great

The grounds were kept. The staff was working all the time to keep the place looking lovely . The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water .

The pool was not heated and it needed to be cleaned

Superb staff during a long 10-day stay. Second visit and consistently excellent accommodations. Incredible restaurant with superb food. Claudia, Lesby and staff made us feel like home. View of the volcanoes and gardens from the restaurant is tough to beat! Headed back again soon!

It is a beautiful property in a quiet location, with a big courtyard, garden and a pool. The room was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and authentic.

It is a little away from the city center and walking to the center after dark can be a little challenging.

Great staff! Very kind and always willing to help.

Bedspread was ok, but could be softer and more comfy.
