Great location in a quieter part of the town but only a 10-15 minute walk from the center. Hotel staff was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for an extra day while we trekked the volcano. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Amazing view of the volcano from the room out of a large window which let in lots of light. No issues with the bathroom/shower.

A few items on the breakfast menu (tamales/pupusas) where only available for an extra fee.

The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful and the service was excellent in all areas.

Walking the streets was difficult for us due to traffic and smog in the air as we have asthma.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us in any way we needed. They spoke English and made us feel at home with their warm assistance. The hotel offered on-site parking, which was very convenient, and it was also within walking distance to the town, so we rarely needed to use the car. The breakfast included in our stay was simple yet satisfying, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day, making our stay even more comfortable.

The hotel had onsite laundry service, which was convenient, though a bit pricey at Q10 per pound compared to city options. While having laundry onsite saved us some hassle, unfortunately, they accidentally damaged one of our jumpers and couldn't get it fully clean by the end of our stay. Overall, it was a minor issue. The bathroom was somewhat open-air with a roof that had a few things fall onto the surfaces, but it still felt pretty clean overall.

The bed are nice and comfy and there were extra blankets and a good ac

The water in the shower were warm at best, when asked the staff said there is nothing to do about it, the WiFi was really bad and the outside door is locked and we didn’t get a key which is good for safety but not so much when there is rain and nobody is answering the doorbell. The breakfast was not very good and took a long time

Cozy window ; very quiet but I think we were the only ones there.

Lots of restrictions can’t eat food in your room.

Very clean and beautiful the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful!

Centrally located, clean room witha small balcony, good Guatemalan breakfast.

Noises from other rooms and around the property easily heard inside the room. Not sure if there’s anything that can be done as this seems to be a common issue in my travels around Guatemala.

The bed was nice, breakfast was just okay. The stuff was nice.

was expecting to take a bath, which was one of the reasons I booked this place. But the hot water was not warm enough to enjoy a proper bath. They gave me a room on the first floor, where people were coming in and out — not what I was hoping for.I had messaged them about my arrival time (around noon/1pm), so I assumed I could check in early. But I had to wait until 3pm. To pass the time, I ended up getting a massage, eating out, and shopping — spending more money than I had planned while waiting.

The entire Staff Was extremely attentive and helpful at all times , they made me feel at home , which is very important when you travel thousands of miles from home. William, Mindy, Wendy, Ivana, and Silvia were all exceptional. Hotel was very clean. I notice every time I step out of the room and move around the property, They were always cleaning. It just feels good to know that where we’re staying in a clean property , by way the hotel smelled really good !!!

Rooms a bit small for a family of four.

Breakfast was wonderful............very good and filling!

Had a little problem with the TV.........but that is on me......never got anybody to look at it! No worries!

This place was everything and more that my girlfriend and I could have hoped for. It was our first time in Guatemala. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was within walking distance of everything that you could want to do or see. The entire property is cozy, friendly, clean, quiet, and anything else that you could ask for. If I ever come back to Antigua, I don't think that I'll bother trying a different hotel.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like. I rarely write reviews, so trust me when I say that you won't regret a stay here.

Free breakfast in local style (instead of boring continental breakfast)Staff are nice

Noise from the street, the vehicles are much louder than when I lived near the central park Music from the lobby can be heard throughout day time (before 10pm), the persisting bass sound can be quite annoyingDoorbell sounds whenever guests need to enter the hotel, may wake you up in late night or early morning
