    Pros +

    • The food
    • This was our favourite stay in Guatemala and we felt extremely well looked after! The casa is beautiful with a lovely garden in the middle, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff are warm and friendly, and the daily breakfast was delicious! Elizabeth in the kitchen really looked after us, even remembering my favourite tea at breakfast, and having chats with us in Spanish in the mornings, which really added to our stay.
    • Very beautiful garden with the view of Volcano Agua, treatment of guest & cleanliness!

    Cons -

    • It?s not in the center and it?s a house not a hotel.
    • Location, room was not very well designed. Facilities a bit outdated.
    • Everything was great.

My husband and I stayed at 3 different hotels in Antigua and this one is our favorite! It’s a lovely, comfortable bed and breakfast. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful well-kept property! The staff were so kind and helpful. Elizabeth is wonderful! My husband and I love the breakfast this hotel serves. I did not use the steam room and Jacuzzi but my husband did and he loved it. Would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

The property is in a quiet area, away from the center noise. The rooms very spacious and clean.

    Everything was great.

I love the location of this hotel. It's easy to get a tuk tuk into town. The staff was amazing, always had a smile on their faces. Very accommodating when we needed help. The views, and vibes were amazing.

I didn't like that I didn't learn enough Spanish to be able to communicate with these wonderful people.

    Great breakfast and environment

Wifi could be better...and a bit far from antigua center

    9NancyPosted on: 11-15-2025

Breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable, it was just far enough away from the absolute center of town to be quieter. The staff were charming and helpful. Lovely courtyard with a fountain.

It was the best place I’ve stayed in Guatemala!

The food was delicious and fresh every morning. We stayed for two nights and the cooks offered each morning to cook our eggs to our liking.

Breakfast was very good! The staff was very friendly and treated us like familyI had a sauna and massage that was exceptional and needed ??

    9ChristinaPosted on: 4-15-2025

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is around 15' to 20' walk from the center of Antigua, if you have more than two days there it's a nice place to stay. beautiful colonial design too.

    8DarrenPosted on: 4-11-2025

A great location on the edge of town. Well placed for the festival. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The spa was quite lacking in appeal.

    9MaryPosted on: 3-4-2025

Check in was very easy. Room was clean and on the first floor. The courtyard was nice with a view. I didn't use the jacuzzi or the sauna. Breakfast was nice. They always asked you the night before what time you wanted breakfast. It was eggs, tortillas, beans, plantains and fruit.

Beautiful property, quiet, friendly staff & good food! I loved it! I would come back to this place for certain!

    Nada it was was perfect!

    9KevinPosted on: 12-31-2024

The property is beautiful and views of a volcano are nice. Breakfast was really good. Fresh hand made tortillas, I also enjoyed hearing them be made! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to center of town.

I am a very light sleeper, that said I could hear the front gate buzzer when other guest returned to the hotel. The buzzer rings until someone opens the gate. My room the Aqua room was close to the entrance gate. I wish my room key worked for the front gate. I would stay here again tho.
