Location . Place . Rooms are big and cozy.good breakfast. Very green and quiet place.

High cost for Antigua

The privacy and beautiful courtyard. Felt safe Breakfast was very nice and the staff here were all so wonderful

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall everything else was clean. It was out of their control but the fireworks and bombas at the park nearby did disrupt our sleep until around midnight

The staff was always very friendly and helpful, The gardens are beautiful. The breakfast was ok, not plenty, just enough.

Didn't have air conditioning.

Its an amazing property perfect to relax and very well located. The rooms are huge! And very well equipped. A separate recommendation to Edgard, the host, who is an extraordinary person who helped me not only to get anything I needed for the room but even offered me a ride to my meeting a couple times. He is amazing. 200% recommended!

The location

The towels provided in the room were noticeably old and faded, and the water pressure from the bathtub faucet was very low. The bed was sunken on both sides, which affected the overall comfort. Given the condition of the amenities, the price of the stay felt significantly overpriced.Moreover, our flight was scheduled for 6:00 a.m., and we needed to shower around 2:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there was no running water in any of the rooms at that time. To make matters worse, no staff member was available to assist us with the issue, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.I would strongly recommend that management invest in improving the basic facilities and ensure that staff are available to assist guests at all times, especially during critical hours.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and perfect location in Antigua.

Rooms could do with an update. First room we were given had no window and 2nd room was next to reception and we could hear everyone coming and going.

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet property. Our room was large and in excellent condition. The staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. The turned on the fountain in the seating area near our room for each breakfast and happy hour. The tours we booked with their help were wonderful. We stayed a week and wish we had more time there. We’ll definitely stay here when we return.

The property is nice, rooms are spacious but the room we had did not have a window, the layout was strange and the bathroom dated. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good

Casa Santa Rosa is located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Antigua - where the famous arch, Arco de Santa Catalina is located. We had room 2 Azalea which was very spacious and perfect for our 5 day stay. The internal courtyard and gardens are beautiful to look out on or sit in and the staff were all very friendly and helpful with information and assistance. I needed first aid for an injury one day and the female staff member was wonderful in assisting me. We always felt safe walking to and from the Casa at any time of day or night. It was also very convenient for Uber pickups and drop offs.

There were only two options for breakfast. It would be great if they added some additional simple options such as fresh fruit and yoghurt or muesli/granola. The room's lounge chairs were alright but for longer stays like ours, the room could be improved by more comfortable lounge chairs.

Warm staff will welcome you upon arrival and provide an orientation to the city sites. Unique rooms with comfortable beds and a great breakfast on the terrace. Check out Aqua Restaurant nearby for great views of the city.

Shower was not warm and very little water pressure.

It’s absolutely beautiful. You feel like you’re living in a garden with beautiful rooms in the middle of it.Breakfast was wonderful every morning. We ate outside. the room was so comfortable and the bedding and the towels everything was exactly what you would want and more

Honestly, there was nothing. I didn’t love about this place.Someone else might not have wanted it to be so quiet, but it was very relaxing .

Staff is really friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and is located at walking distance from Antigua downtown.Highly recommend it!!

Everything was ok

The hotel is beautiful, the room extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff is amazing and go out of their way to accommodate you (thank you Estiben)! The location was great, just outside the central area, so avoiding all of the noise while still being close enough to enjoy the main attractions of Antigua. Our room had a jacuzzi tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking around the city. Oh, and their traditional breakfast is delicious!
