    Pros +

    • I enjoyed the convenience of the location and it felt safe to stay here.
    • Location and patio views to the volcanos , very peaceful
    • It's a less expensive option with parking.

    Cons -

    • There was construction happening when we showed up but it ended at 5pm and stopped for the weekend.
    • Beds are hard and tiny
    • There are no screens on the windows. We had more than six mosquitoes in the room. We were able to kill five.

It was a nice property and well taken care of and lovely decor in the social areas. The rooms could’ve been a little more update especially for the price to stay. Breakfast was nice but was an additional cost. The staff was pleasant.

The rooms were outdated a bit or maybe it was the room I was placed in.

Great location, easy to find and navigate. Basic but comfortable.

Limited amenities. Our room didn’t have any windows, quite dark and musty. Basic but fine for a short trip.

It was pretty close to everything around.

Very loud in the mornings. Rooms were smaller than expected and lighting wasn’t that great.

    8LlaniPosted on: 1-20-2026

The location was nice and in a quiet area.

We were on the first floor and the noises outside of the room made it difficult to get some rest. Quiet time was between 10pm and 7am, however, it was hard to sleep in after that, because of the loud noises from outside coming from other guests and cleaning crew. Perhaps a room on the top floor far from the common area would have been better.

    Location was good

It doesn’t have parking, the rooms are too small, there is no ventilation, there was no AC, there are many public areas outside the rooms

Location was walking distance to the amenities. The bed was comfy. The view of the terrace was pretty.

First the bathroom is very small, hard to use it, also was so stinky no ventilation. There were some roaches walking by the bathroom sink and by one of the beds. The T.V. was unable to use. The staff did not provide us second remote. It was very noise, they do not provide praking information. Breakfast is not in the hotel. Not a/c

Beautiful. Great location. Everything I just clicked on.

Could use more towels, wash cloths. The handicap room was not at handicap. No handrails…etc

Great location. Clean with nice decorating.

Our room was tiny and no exterior windows.

The garden was pretty nice and the sound from the water fountain during the day was appealing. Very great location and the staff was very kind.

Just the location, it is close to downtown

Beds very uncomfortable room is right in front of kitchen a lot of noise starting at 5am from kitchen personnel , also a lot of noise from people pulling chairs and tables on second floors patio right on the top of our room..I booked a room with two queen beds and the given a room with one twin and one full, also a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom…

I loved the workers! The service was top notch. They answered every question. Abi was a big help. I would say the location and the staff makes this trip feel great!

I didn’t like my bed. It was a bit stiff but my two other friends had more comfortable beds.
