Location was great. Decor was beautiful. Restaurant was great. It was a quiet room as it was in the off season, but could have been noisy if the rooms were full.

Room has no closet or shelf space. Where do you keep your clothes? Outdoor patio is gimmicky and not usable.

The courtyard the rooms surround was so beautiful, like a mini rainforest oasis. The room was immaculately clean with a modern, yet natural design. The bed super comfortable. My favorite part was the volcano that peeked over the outdoor shower wall. Would travel back to Antigua just to stay here again.

No room to store clothing. Couch extremely uncomfortable. Loud noise from restaurant. Tv has only two options to watch.

This was a really great hotel with friendly staff. The room was huge, there was good water pressure with plenty of hot water, the AC worked great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was super clean. I liked that it was a bit off the beaten path and quiet, but not far away or inconvenient. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Honestly, these are nits but - the lighting in the room is frankly terrible...it'd dark, even with the lights on, unless you open the curtains but the window is ground level directly on the courtyard so opening the curtain is not an option - it was a bit of a pain to get ready/find things - not a problem but our bed was upstairs and bathroom downstairs, so just know that for having to use the restroom in the night - cafe doesn't open til 8 and no lobby coffee- theres no drawers or closet or hanging rack...just a couple of nobs on the wall which were not at al sufficient for hanging things (we were in town for a wedding with a formal dress and suit so being able to hang it would've been great)

Really really lovely hotel. Rooms are fabulous and it’s and easy walk to everything in the city. Would highly recommend. Reception staff were amazingly helpful with a visa issue we had.

The room can get quite stuffy, and you can’t really keep the window open since it looks into the garden and everyone passing by can see you in bed. Breakfast in their restaurant was pretty bad

Gorgeous property. The rooms were minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. Very big and spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with hot water. Staff was friendly. Cafe next door with coffee and all meals.

It is a little further from the town center which was nice because it was quiet but it was a little bit of a walk (~10 min, so not bad).

The beautiful room with super comfortable bed, the values of the brand focus on sustainability and giving back, the helpful and very nice staff, the restaurant with great healthy food options.

Great, modern space, clean, very warm friendly staff, perfect location in amazing walkable Antigua, fantastic restaurant and little shop, nice tropical vibe.

I would not recommend anyone stay there. The hotel was the worst part of our trip.

- We were overcharged for an additional person, when there were only two of us. We messaged the hotel BEFORE checking in, and in-person when we arrived to clear this up. They insisted that we go through the booking agency and continuously gave us the runaround. Despite the fact that we have supporting documents. They also gave the booking agency the runaround by avoiding emails and phone calls to clear up the matter.- There is a sign on the door in the room we stayed in that confirms the actual price we should have paid, but they overcharged us by $130.- While we were still at the hotel, they insisted that we had to take up the matter with the booking agency. After we checked out, they insisted that the price for two people and three people staying in a one-bed room would be the same price. The sign on the door proves this isn't true. And it doesn't make sense anyway - how would three people stay in a room with a single bed, and the price is the same?- They turned off the water in the middle of our stay, notifying us at midnight when we were asleep - no advance warning. We couldn't shower, brush our teeth or use the bathroom. The onsite restaurant was affected by this as well.- The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were rock-solid. Making it difficult to sleep.- Food at the onsite restaurant was expensive, and with small portions. You'd have a better time going somewhere else.
