    Pros +

    • The inner courtyard was great for breakfast (eggs, oatmeal or yogurt options) and relaxing during the day. There is also a small rooftop to watch sunset. The two women who serve breakfast, clean and prep all the rooms and help with check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. It is possible to pay for laundry services. Room 1 was spacious and we enjoyed the natural light. Easy walk into town from the property, and there is a front gate which remains locked for added safety.
    • I liked that it was clean, nice and cozy hotel, pretty garden and beautiful view to the mountains. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional and had smart tv in the room and I like the breakfast they included in the price of the stay.
    • Everything! The decorations, the plants, the room, the clean bathroom, the breakfast included, the staff was so polite and also right in the corner of the main action in semana santa

    Cons -

    • Amenities stated that there was air conditioning (no) nothing like in the pictures, bare wire all around the place, scary and in safe feeling
    • The water pressure was a little low in the shower, but the water was hot. WiFi just worked alright. Could hear roosters from some areas on the property in the early morning.
    • I did not like that the bedroom was too small, that the bed was not comfortable, the location was a little far from Antigua Guatemala downtown and that the dresser did not have hangers to hang clothes.

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was good, courtyard was cute, and the view from the roof is solid.

The room got a little warm in the afternoons, but staff found us a fan to use. Definitely walking distance into the center of town, but on the outskirts - which you'll notice if you're making that trip multiple times a day. We were fine, but folks that aren't able to walk as much might struggle a bit

Pricepoint was aligned with hotel. Lovely, small, typical Guatemalen hotel. Breakfast in the garden was lovely. Fresh, filtered, unlimited water was nice. Bed was comfy and room very clean. Sound does travel in these older hotels. Something to be aware of.

Everything aligned with our expectations. A very pleasant stay.

Very nice garden, great place to sit and have breakfast. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but in a nice neighborhood and absolutely at walking distance.

Small, cozy and with just the necessary to keep you in to rest and regroup for the day. But with nothing fancy that keeps you in, so you’re in need to go out and walk Antigua.

Maybe the staff energy. They were great, but didn’t see much staff and saw them running lot of the time.

The staff was very helpful and considerate.

The shower head needs replacement badly. The room is extremely small and lacks an A.C.

The cleanliness of the house, and the quietness. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, isolated from the big crowds.

I did not like the fact that there is no private parking; we had to park I would say probably like a block away from the property, and although there was a gentleman who helped us take the luggage from the car to the house, on checkout day, there was no one to assist, bringing all the luggage back into the car. Not practical.

The garden is very nice, the breakfast included was good, the staff was very kind and helpfull. The area where the property are located is quiet. Its far from the historical center ( 10 block aprox) but not to bad, you can walk or ask for an Uber

The size of the room its very very very small, we were 4 adults and the room was as small as a match box! We barely fit with the luggage, the bathroom very very smallI think than these room its fit just for one bed, not 2.The bedding had stains and old.No soap and shampoo provided.Just 2 towel’s for 4 adults,if we booked for 4 adults they should have letf 4 towels. The walls of the room are thin and you can hear the noise from the next room, that didn’t help us to sleep well. For the price I think that its not worth. I wouldn’t book it again.

The hotel is easy to access from a main road and in a quiet part of town. The garden is lovely and there are artful touches. The room was clean and the shower was actually hot. There was easy access to power outlets. The staff were helpful and the breakfast tasty.

The pillows were uncomfortable for me.

I liked the place very much, the interior, and room were very clean. The bathroom was cleaned, bed was comfortable as well. There was a small LCD TV, you could watch YouTube videos or TV. Good ventilation and an open terrace view. The staff was very polite and nice to us

The hot shower water pressure was very low.

Pretty, friendly and located in a quiet part of Antigua, about a 10-minute walk from the centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was excellent. Nice views from the rooftop terrace although clouds covered the volcano throughout our stay.

The main door is always padlocked so you need staff to let you in and out all the time. A little inconvenient but obviously quite secure.

    Nice courtyard and breakfast

Far from Town center and they keep the main gate locked at all.times which could be a fire Hazzard.

    Beautiful Garden!Good Breakfast!Very quiet area.

The bathroom could be better equipped.

    8FabiennePosted on: 12-31-2023

The garden and that it wasn‘t loud at all

The staff is a bit difficult to communicate to. And the breakfast was pretty expensive for what you got.

Tranquil and beautiful garden courtyard- breakfast was nice and convenient to have included -lovely views on the terrace - quiet area away from the prime commotion but still walkable to the center- staff was very friendly

This was a great little oasis in Antigua with a lovely courtyard and roof terrace. We loved the breakfast they had and the staff very very helpful with information about the town and where to go. There was a restaurant just a short walk away called Porqué No, it was incredible too. The bed was very comfortable and most things you might need in a room were there too.

The shower pressure wasn't the best but overall I was happy with the place

My daughter took to being very ill in El Padron so I booked her a room here after her visit to the hospital which was all a little frightening in a foreign country. The hotel was amazing, they were so kind, that my daughter and her friend paid out of their own Gap Travel budget for another night plus they got all their washing done, which was really a special treat having been in hostels. The breakfast apparently was amazing, the room and bathroom where huge and the garden was super peaceful, thank you so much for looking after them.

    Nothing it was all amazing
