hotelF1 Orange Centre Echangeur A7 A9

The voter was near the center and the room and bathrooms were clean

Just the day of check out I was waiting my friends in the reception. And the Oman at the reception was very very rude to say that we can't wait there and we must go out. I never go there again

After all reviews our expectations were very low, but the showers, toilets, sheets were clean, room was small but had working ac and sink with mirror. Location was fine. We went for afterlife event so main. Thing was to get rest well.

Stuff doesn’t speak English. Sound proof is bad. You hear all the noises from other room and banging door in the corridor.

Cheap but poor value

No access until customer paid BUT can't access the property site after 22.00 to get code. Asked for the code 4 times on Booking.com site but staff refused to give it. Awful treatment to my family by F1 and Booking.com

Free parking, clean shared bathroom

Really small room, no place to put your stuff, okay for one night stay.

So clean, free parking, easy to find

Note

Cleanliness

I was made to pay in cash even if I had paid already by credit card. Otherwise I would have had to sleep rough. In the end I was reimbursed for the overpayment, but it took me a lot of time and effort. Totally unprepared staff.

Great price & simple set up

Late arrival: Self checkin didn’t work, phone also not - ibis hotel (same company) next door could do the checkin

Bad

The bed has bed bugs and I got infected with intense pain from scratching the bites. The room had no towels and the common showers were sticking.Vending machines had no food and were emptied.Staff were doing the strict minimum.

comfortable bed

there is no kettle in the room. there are no electrical appliances at all.

The breakfast was nice, but no cheese...

Nothing special, just: no staff Sa afternoon, so I couldn't leave my baggages at a portery after the hour of depart from the room, while waiting for the bus.

It was super clean and functional.

The check-in process was not obvious to me. The lack of elevators needs to be communicated much more prominently. Both vending machines in the lobby were broken.

Room is good. Toilet maybe a freshener spray after they used the toilet. Because it smells bad even in the corridor.Breakfast was limited.

Good location near to the Highway exit, very kind staff and the F1 is good in Orange because we have air conditioned.

Could be more clean, speacilly the WC and showers.

Free parkingLocation wasn't too badStaff was nice, during the check in and check outNot much I can say, it served the purpose and it's a 1 star hotel, we just wanted to sleep after party, so it was ok

Almost everything :) Again, taking into consideration that it is a 1 start hotel, I can't tell that I did expect much, however the price was excessive when you have a shared bathroom, you don't have towels in the room and the walls let us hear the noise from other rooms. There's no internet, not even from your own network. For a shared bathroom hotel, needs to be more frequently cleaned.

it’s very nicely located and the price is fair

the shared bathroom and toilets, but I guess that’s what you get for the fair price range

Cheap

About everything else. Staff showing they have no intention on doing any work, beds like concrete etc. etc. Don’t believe I’ve actually slept.

Modern, comfortable, clean, safe

Low price.

No towels, wet (shared) toilet, broken window (cannot close!), too far from the center

Fast easy check in, closed parking

No soap in the room

Good value. All I needed for an overnight stay. Clean. Shared shower/toilets seemed to work well.

Booking.com failed to give me the hotels reservation number. As a result, I was unable to use the hotels automatic early booking machine. I had a two hour wait for the front desk staff to arrive and let me in.
