Not much. Carpet throughout,was filthy. No one at reception desk. Had to ring a hand bell.Dated furnishings. Substandard linens. Not a 3 star!

Excellent location. Good room and restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, parking spot in front of the hotel and the staff very friendly. Clean rooms and toilet. Fare rates. We did not take the breakfast but there’s coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. The nearest fast charging spots for electric cars is 5 min away by car in Mc. Donald’s

Great location cose to the city centre (10 minutes walking to the Roman theatre), clean and simple room and of a good size (while many french hotels have very small rooms!), comfortable beds, quality linen, excellent shower, good acoustic insulation. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We stayed only one night but all was good.

All was good! Just one information that may be useful for others: private parking is not for free, it cost 10 euro per day , it is in a safe location that is closed by a gate during the night. However, public paying parking is available nearby for a very small fee (this worked perfectly fine for us), and the reception staff is very kind and explain clearly what options are available.

Great location the menu saying steak and it was really a miserable beef burger. I asked for medium rare and should have been told not possible. However I complained and manager did not charge. He is excellent sadly I don’t know his name

it was a nice location, and all were in the walking distance. the parking slot is just in front of the hotel.

Quite,clear apartament.Polite stuff.Central situated.

The breakfast was missing ANY vegetables neither simple oat availible,just cornflakes.

Large, clean, lightfilled room, lots of hot water, good water pressure. The staff very friendly and quick to help.

Could have used another chair and a place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Dinner was simple but very tasty.The staff were polite and helpful.Room was nice.

Clean, cozy room and very friendly stuff. All stuff members were friendly. The room was clean and had enough space. All of which made my stay pleasant.

Nothing, but if I had to say, there was some kind of stain on the faucet, which was noticeable.

It was inexpensive for a short stay after nearly 48 hours of travel.

Everything - it's fairly run down, not clean at all, breakfast was limited and of little value, and the parking situation is ridiculous. Bed was hard as a rock and sounded like plastic bottle each time I moved. There is so little parking available that I wound up having to park in a lot in a public park about 6 blocks away and walking alone in the dark back to the hotel. I spent the night worrying someone would break into the rental car.

The hotel is in the centre of Orange, just a couple of minutes to the Triumphal Arc and the historical centre. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was truly reach (as for France :) ). The hotel is not new, but we liked it climate. We had a main door code so we were totally independent.

It could be a bit cheaper.

Incredibly helpful staff, some of the friendliest I’ve seen. Good breakfast even though I have allergies. The location was great, maybe 5 mins walk to the antique theatre and 10 mins to the train station. Basic, older hotel but very clean.
