The staff was helpful and welcoming.

I stayed 2 different nights, and the rooms were not very clean. I had to ask to be changed because the toilet hadn't been flushed at all, and the smell was terrible! Makes you wonder about the cleaning overall. There were hairs in the sink, and the bed sheets in another room didn't seem very fresh. Will not return.

The location was excellent and the staff very welcoming.

We had quite a few insect bites the morning after, don't like carpet on the bedroom floor either.

Easy and quick stop on the way to Saint-Tropez, quick check-in, nice staff at the reception.

Bed very comfortable. Air-conditioning fantastic as temperature was 39 degrees. Breakfast good value, and there was some hot food. late checkout a bonus for some people.

only 1 bath towel per person. no hand towel. no problem if only 1 night stay.

Everything was good, one member of staff came whilst we were sat outside and brought a cup of tea, he had already apologized for not being able to give us 2 rooms close by each other, The restaurant next door provided a lovely meal at a reasonable price. breakfast catered for the tastes of many nations, and there was pleanty of everything

Nothing. — the experience was absolutely disgusting and if we had not arrived as late as we did , we would not have stayed in such a filthy place with a hovel of a so called bathroom. The carpet was not fit for a dog to lie on let alone for a human to step on. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Close the place down. You have 14 days to give me an apology and an explanation otherwise I will put this comment on the Web.

Bad

We Had emergency situation (death of friend) in our country so the hotel refused to refund our earlier departure. IT was on their humanity to refund earlier check out despite situation which we did not planned.

The staff are great and so helpful, I was really impressed with them. The restaurant attached was nice enough with reasonably priced dishes from a simple menu

Initially when you walk into reception all seems well but the room I was in (107) had big stains on the carpet near the door, once I got over that little surprise the room was clean and comfortable.

The outdoor pool was very welcome as it was hot. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was a good size. There's a lot of parking at the hotel.

The sun loungers require replacement, tea and coffee in the room would be good or a fridge. The room looked a little tired. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Public transport isn't great there. We wanted to get a taxi but couldn't call the hotel as the phone number on booking.com was incorrect. Taxi's back to the hotel from Orange at night are very expensive.

Not much, except that it is not far from Chateneuf du Pape and it was cheaper to stay 10 min away driving, then stay in Chateneuf.

just about everything was bad. Wifi bad, rooms very very small. Bed not comfy at all. Just disappointing

breakfast was poor, the milk was not kept cold, the yogurt was in a large bowl not individual and wasn't covered, the room floor was dirty as was the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good, fresh and a lot, the staff was realy freindly. The swimmingpool was open till nine o’clock. That was nice after a long drive.

There was no balcony and the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Dear management of Ibis Orange Sud,This message to let you know that we actually fled your hotel on Friday 7 June.We booked a room through Booking on our way to our vacation in the south of France. After a long day of driving in the heat with our two dogs, we checked in but got the message that the AC was not working in the room. Exhausted and without an alternative, we decided to stay hoping that it would be acceptabel. However, as we tried to sleep with the window open, is was really too much to bear. It was over 30 degrees in the room. The dogs were clearly overheating. At 23:00 o'clock we started calling hotels in the vicinity and were lucky to find the Mercure with a last room with AC that could take us. We immediately left and told your receptionist the reason. He was busy and only said 'ok'. I really feel it was not responsabel to rent us this room. Knowing the temperatures we so high, and knowing the conditions in your hotel, you should have called us on the way in to warn us in time. So we could have organized an alternative in time. Now I really got the impression that you still were trying to rent rooms without AC that were in fact not suited fir people (and animals) to stay in with temperatures over 30 degrees. We are quite shocked about this experience. The fact that we now paid double for the night is a mere detail, but I would appreciate a refund.Awaiting your answer.With regards,

Very helpful staff. They went beyond what they had to do. Good restaurant and good breakfast.

location was very convenient for our cycling route, the room was comfortable , hot showers and a great breakfast.

sadly the pool was not open as the weather was not so warm

It is okay to spend the night, that's all. The swimming pool is the best feature.

We had a huge problem to actually FIND the Hotel. Impossible to find even using google maps and car navigation system. The roads don't exist in Navigation systems You drive around in circles and around circles for some time. There is NO lift. The Room is tiny
