- Short walk to town centre and reasonable value.
- Very clean, quiet (good window sound-proofing). Very kind personnel.Basic breakfast, but sufficient (with brown bread and yogurt). We'd definitely come back here.
Cons -
- Nothing specific about the hotel.
- No choice of eggs for breakfast.
- Funny smell in bathroom, but it wasn't strong and it was fine with the bathroom door closed. (Also, I'm over-sensitive to smells.)

I like the bed, it exceeded my expectations, it was comfy and the pillow was great. Moreover I liked the free private parking.
The bathroom was not great, the shower was not draining the water properly and the room was too hot, we needed to open the window in winter just to have a bit better.
The location was not too bad as it was less than a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The town is lovely and we found a nice little restaurant there that we could take our dogs inside.
Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the rooms are extremely basic with nothing in them except the very basic bed. The bathroom was very small too.
Conveniently located close to the highway, ample free parking spaces and short drive from the centre. Fast food chain is close by for a quick meal.
Breakfast options were very limited even compared to other Ibis Budget Hotels in surrounding towns.
Good value for money, nice breakfast
Lack of places to eat close by.Rooms were small
Nothing!
It was absolutely terrible!!! The problems began right from the start—at check-in. At the reception, we were asked if we were ready to pay for breakfast for our two small children! And this despite the fact that when booking the room, we specifically chose a hotel that offered breakfast for the whole family, as we always do! When I asked why we had to pay additional fees for breakfasts that were already included, the answer was that it might be a booking error, and the rooms were designed for adults, so breakfast was only for adults, even though we booked for four people with breakfast, not just for two! Then we went into the room, and with the temperature at +27°C, we discovered that the air conditioner wasn't working. When I asked why, the response was that it was already October, it wasn't hot, and the air conditioner only worked for heating, which turned out to be a lie because it didn’t work at all!Later, we found out that the soap bottle in the shower was completely empty—there was no soap at all! And in the morning, the breakfast consisted only of sweets! Not a single slice of sausage or cheese, not a single egg or omelet, nothing! So, if you have issues with sugar, they won’t provide you with anything for breakfast! And the breakfast costs 10 euros! And this was the breakfast they tried to take away from the kids? Ibis, are you serious?I’ve stayed at several Ibis hotels across Europe, and I’ve never experienced anything as awful as what we encountered in Orange, France, which leads me to believe that the problem lies with the management of this particular hotel. Shame on you, this was our worst hotel experience ever, and we will remember it forever, and of course, we’ll choose another place next time!
Easy parking, easy way of in and out. Good for shorter stays. It has AC, simple and good breakfast. Nice staff.Pets allowed.
It is a budget hotel so I did not expect much. No elevator I guess.
Very clean and comfortable as we have come to expect from many stays in Ibis budget hotels in France and Spain.
Not 1 TV channel in English so couldn't catch up with news.
Convenient and generally predictable. Suited our needs and conveniently positioned.
Air conditioning didn’t seem very effective … even running continuously it failed to cool the room effectively even though it was not exceptionally hot weather. Sometimes there was a smell of ‘fowl drains’ around the car park … and into the room if one opened the window.
The staff were really helpful after encountering an issue with my credit card. The location was great.
The floor of the room was dirty. Found a roach crawling in the bathroom on the third day.
Clean, friendly and good location
N.a
Perfectly located - just a 10-15 minute walk to Orange centre. Clean, confortable, air conditioned rooms with a good shower. Straightforward Ibis Budget with great service. As usual, no bar / restaurant - but plenty of options nearby.
Perfect stop just off the A7 if all you want is bed and shower
A bit more choice in the vending machine would be nice
- NOTHING!!!
Nicht gefallen · - staff speaks NO english- we went to the reception, smelled gas, told to the lady at the reception - with a translation programm -, that it could be dangerous, but she looked at us, like we are dinosaurs- NO elevator!!!- the room seemed unkempt- the toilet seat was brownish and the toilet lid didn`t remain open and fell down loud- the price for such a "cave" was a way too much- poor internet- really small room
Unhelpful staff. Refused to change booking date even though there was availability or action a refu

Close to city center.Comfortable beds.
First of all we booked for 3 persons and we were expecting 1 double bed and 1 small bed .We got 1 bunk bed that was written forbidden under 6 years old .My toddler has 4 years old that was written on booking so i had to sleep in the bunk bed.Another thing we checked in at 20:40 at the reception and the receptionist checked us in under another name. After traveling all day for 700 km we went for a walk and left a teddy bear and a book in the room.We got late and came at the hotel at 23:00 and surprise, one lady was in our room. When we looked on paper we saw the name of the lady on it not ours.My husband when at the reception to trie to fix the problem so it took a while as nobody was there only a emergency button. The manager that came was rude (I think bothered that we wake her up) she didn’t want to speak English with my husband she responded only in French( even she got the passport and saw that we are Rumanian like her).Only after I entered with the toddler started talking but still not very much nicer at all.All in all not staying there any more .How can you do booking for one room 2 times and after you make the mistake you are the one being annoyed?
As expected from budget Ibis. Clean, comfortable basic accommodation at a good price.
Staff were very helpful. Everything was clean and it was very easy to find with nearby restaurants and nice walks.
