    Pros +

    • Perfect place to stop if doing long car trip from south of France…really easy to get to from autoroute. Easy parking for larger cars. Restaurant was also excellent and friendly staff.
    • Good pool, proximity to autoroute. Great staff - friendly and amusing restaurant team
    • Good range of facilities, lovely staff and nice restaurant

    Cons -

    • The corridor and rooms were a bit old and in need of a refresh…but common areas and restaurants were lovely.
    • Rooms had mould in them (even after changing room), carpet beetles in room, hotel generally unclean
    • The shower in the bath was very difficult to use and positively dangerous to get in and out of as it was very slippery and the drainage plug did not work.

Great location just off the motorway.

The hotel was hosting a pool party when we arrived. So there was nowhere to park. The hotel reception and pool area were overflowing with the pool party guests and the noise from the DJ was extremely loud. We went to our room and an hour and a half later the music subsided. A couple of hours later the racket ended and we ventured out to the pool area. There were still a few party stragglers hanging about at 7pm. But what was inexcusable was the state of the pool. It was milky with a film of oil. There were limes, pieces of baguette and one of the light fittings floating. Despite this the pool was open and the hotel was allowing guests with young children to enter and swim. I saw the pool boy drop copious amounts of what I presume to be chlorine in an attempt to clean the water that evening and again the next morning at breakfast. It was all pretty disgusting. We were told this was day two of a three day pool party weekend. The whole idea was misconceived. The pool is barely 20 metres , too small for the crowd wha attended and the water was filthy after wards. At the very least the pool should have been closed to guests until the water was properly cleaned. We weren’t warned about the party when we booked and we would have chosen another hotel had we known. The hotel itself is quite dated, a two storey concrete building which is on its last legs, the pool area and decent restaurant compensate and make it a pleasant stay normally.

The car park was large and plenty of room , the room was a very good size , air conditioning was excellent and the property was very clean .The evening meal was good and staff were very pleasant. The pool was an excellent size.It was approx 20 mins walk into Orange which is worth a visit.

Nice room and very nice pool.

Breakfast was a bit too simple and not everything was still there, like croissants.

    We didn‘t have breakfast.

Quality of food for dinner was poor. Small choice on menu card.

Children loved the pool and nice to have an inside restaurant after a long drive. Plenty of parking.

The rooms are a little dated and the bar and restaurant are really understaffed. We had a lovely waitress who was absolutely exhausted looking. The. Bar was so busy with just one server we gave up waiting.

    7KathrynPosted on: 6-14-2023

I enjoyed a swim in the pool. The restaurant was quite decent.

The room was very hot without air conditioning and the bedding too heavy for the climate. On top of that there were mosquitoes in the room which meant we did not sleep very well.

Lovely staff on reception, efficient and friendly.clean and good quality hotel.
