B&B HOTEL Orange

Dirty place especially ground floor.Reception closed at 21:20! Codes to the doors not working. I was talking with someone on speakers for an hour to get to my room. There is nothing to compare with the same hotel in Besancon!!! Two different worlds!!! The breakfast was really poor... Never again. If you want to rest in a decent place to stay.

We stayed at the B&B in Orange for an overnight stay on our way to Spain. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the motorway and easy to reach. Hotel itself is as expected: clean, functional rooms and staff was very friendly. Breakfast on site had a great spread and provided a good start to the day.

Not negative per se, but the hotel is a ca. 15 minute walk (or a short drive) away from the main town and its bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a central option, this is obviously not it. Hotel can get a bit noisy in the morning as people start leaving.

Handy location being just a few minutes from the autoroute so ideal for an overnight stopover. Secure car park so no worries about a laden car being left overnight. Comfortable bed and we had quite a large room.

Very much a budget hotel so no facilities as such. There is a coffee machine and a vending machine in the lobby area but not much else on site. However, there is a restaurant just around the corner.

The person at the reception was friendly. The secure parking and closeness to the highway.

This place really needs a renovation! Although bedsheets, towels and the bathroom were clean, it all in all felt old and grubby. The room also had a smell.

the convenience was that you can arrive very late and the staff will give you a code to enter the hotel and your room. for the price you cannot expect too much. the room was clean, but very basic, overall good enough for a one night stay.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows in room. Good shower and plenty of towels. Very nice lady on reception and no waiting to check in so straight into our room. Coffee machine in reception.

Despite some of the bad comments for the hotel I am very thrilled from the attitude and care of the staff. They tried their best and we're very smiley and positive. We enjoyed our stay there because of them.It wasn't planned to stay in the city. Our car needed some reparations and we chose this hotel. It was great one.

breakfast is overpriced, no staff until 5pmthe hotel is understaffed in fact ONLY ONE woman there who has to do everything.I could not get internetbeen there numerous times thinking about alternatives

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms and beds are fine, actually a lot better than you would expect at this price level.

Very clean, good sized room, great pillows

The self check in didn’t work for a long time. The help/ call button also didn’t work eventhough payment of course did. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. After about 15-20min finally someone answered and gave me the code. I think that code should be included in the confirmation note. We stayed in the lower floor and no elevator there. That was a bit uncomfortable with the luggage and things

Possibility to stay with the pet, large parking without additional cost, close to the highway

Reception was closed when we arrived before 9pm although it was mentioned in the booking confirmation it should be opened until 9pm.

Smell of dirty drain water, mould in the shower and lack of upkeep. Plus hallways appear to have vomit stains on carpet

Although it didn't bother me personally, the room I had would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

The hotel didn’t feel loved and our room was in poor condition but our son’s room next door was better.

I asked for company invoice because payment done to Booking by company bank card, but the boss told me I can’t,,, his reply always I’m the boss!!! Even though I stayed in many B&B hotels and all gave me invoices as required with happiness. Really no one act like this boss Zakari ahmed…

nice friendly staff. good location

There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Able to check In immediately after a late booking.

Basic amenities and decor but was ok for one night at late notice.
