It was clean and the room was a good size.. Quiet.

Bed, pillows, No kettle or waste bin in the room. Not easy to walk anywhere from the hotel- busy roads.

Comfortable facilities with wood-covered walls, ample room, reasonably well equipped. Good parking for a fee. Quiet place outside Madrid. Close to T4 by car.

The property claims to have a sauna and gym. We chose this particular hotel essentially because of the sauna option, which was important to us because of the long trip previous and ahead. However, the gym only has somewhat old-ish machines in partial disrepair, only one running belt worked properly. The sauna was out of service. The desk staff were for the most part disappointing and not very helpful. Upon checkin no mention was made of the fact that the sauna was not functional, despite our enquiring about it. The person in charge, an older man, was furthermore definitely impolite and ill-mooded.

The location was awesome and free parking close by. Supermarket in walking distance. Housekeeping was super.

Cannot say there was anything that I did not like.

We always stay there when visiting relatives in Madrid. We find it very convenient and the underground parking great.

We stayed 23/26 December. Although there was a little decoration it would have been nice if the rooms had a little something special! I also think that bedside carpets/rugs would male the rooms more cozy, particularly in the winter. Also tea and coffee facilities!

It’s a nice hotel. The location is good if you have business in the immediate vicinity, or large groups looking for quality, not so much for visitors to Madrid as it’s quite a distance away.

The price for breakfast was a bit steep when there are cafes 100 metres down the street where you can get a decent breakfast for a fraction of the price (Probably not all the varieties of the buffet are available in the cafes). I’ll upload the receipt at a cafe down the street for your reference. Everyone has their own personal preferences but for those who just have a coffee and some toast…

Nice big beds

Lots of noise coming from other rooms and the slamming of the doors. Walls fell like paper with no soundproofing at all, close to the motorway (well, right in front). The receptionist was very abrupt and barely told us anything about the hotel or the area.The bathroom's shampoo and shower gel were on the other side of the bath and fixed to the wall, making it very uncomfortable. One of the towels was not clean, we did not need it in the end so we did not bug reception with that issue. No Kettle, hotel sleepers, or robe.

everything went well and staff was very friendly. also, location was perfect. GYM was nice and clean. room size is big and bathroom was very clean. housekeeping was also great

Driving back from the north we needed an overnight stay half way through the trip, so found this hotel just off the motorway. For us it was very easy to find and easy to park outside for free. Plenty of parking - there's a bus stop just outside, but we got an uber for 25 euros to the centre of Madrid. Lunch was great and they served it at all hours, breakfast was very good.

The rooms very very comfortable and clean. The staff were absolutely outstanding!

No complains. Perhaps the gym could be somewhat better equipped.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a very sweet blond lady working in the restaurant on the evening who was such a sweetheart. She was very efficient and always with a smile on her face. Other than that, the hotel was extremely well cleaned, our room was spacious and also spotless. It was nice to have a gym in the building even tough it is very small.

There is not much around the hotel abs you will need a car to go anywhere and do anything you might need.

My room was a good size but the bathroom was really nice and big. The bed was a single bed and I don't really remember whether it was too comfortable or not. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

The breakfast buffet wasn't that great. I would have liked a better variety and some healthier options.

Very clean, comfortable and more budget friendly than inside the city center. Close to Las Matas railway station for accessibility outside Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood with no party noise as in the city center.

Only a small complaint that the room was close to the common dining area and some group was quite noisy but this was over before late night. Soundproofing in the room could be better as you can hear everything if someone is outside in the corridor. Since the location is far you need to plan in case you need to visit the city center often.

Free parking in front of the Hotel which gave a secure impression where to leave the car. The double bed had a very comfortable mattress.

No pool, No room service after 23:00, Bar closes at 23:00 and personal is very strict with that. No willingness to service. Missing that extra touch of hospitality. The lower floor has a stair and no elevator. Beware with heavy suitcases.
