Good price for what we needed

Great location

The central air was not working properly. I couldn't breathe and it was very suffocating. No water was offered to us.

The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size and it was clean. The mini fridge was working fine.

The parking costs 10 euro per day - to be paid separately. The room had 'view' of the train tracks and we could hear the trains which disturbed our sleep.There were no electric plugs on either side of the bed, despite having 3 switches of lights on each side . Instead of all the light switches, please put an electric plug on each side of the bed. People need to charge their phones!The lighting in the room was dim.At the same time the tone of the light is office white almost blueish which doesn't make any cosy atmosphere. There weren't any decorations on the walls.There was no trash bin in the room; there was a trash bin only in the bathroom and it had no lid. Not a pleasant sight.There was no make-up mirror and the lighting in the bathroom is too dark for putting make-up. In the bathroom there were 2 single use very cheap plastic cups instead of normal drinking cups or glasses. Definitely I'd expect a normal drinking glass from a 4star hotel..The room had a safe in the closet with a key, however the safe was locked and there was no key, so we couldn't use it.

Ok, it seems old but relatively clean. Good neighborhood.

I think it is a joke to give this motel 4 stars. After 10 minutes of booking, they told me I would not receive a bed for my child. OK — I do not need one. They charge 10 EUR per night for parking - OK. In the room, the AC works like a Carrier (for some reason, booking doesn't allow uploading a video). No toothbrush, no water, empty fridge, no slippers.

Very clean, branded toiletries in the bathroom. Towels changed daily.Would happily stay again.Excellent value

I stayed for one night on a Friday and was woken up at 8.30 in the morning on the Saturday by drilling next to my room. And it continued for the next 2 hours until I left. Not what i expect from a 4star hotel and they should be aware and know the effect on guests.

A very basic hotel. Not sure about it being 4 Stars. The train station is one minute walk.

No curtains in the bedroom, only nets. Light comes straight in as soon as it's daylight, and at night you feel you can see straight into the room through windows. The shower is really badly designed. Water overflows into the bathroom floor. Grime on floor.Only one small pillow given per person. Uncomfortable low feel.The hand soap dispenser was watered down.No power points next to the bed.Mainly poor attention to detail or customer comfort.TV no English channels or able to do VO voice original.

The location, perfect for what we needed.

The bathroom had a bad smell, the shower siphon did not work.

Convenience of position to do day trips to Madrid , Segovia. Staff very helpful and convenient under cover parking

Very clean, quiet and good space in the deluxe room. The room also had a fridge.

It was a shame that there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room, it really lets the hotel down.

I booked on behalf of various family members, as we live locally and needed extra beds; everyone reported a very comfortable stay and helpful, English-speaking staff.

The location was great, the room very good size Also the staff very friendly

I liked the location near some small shops and few restaurant. I enjoyed a reasonable price close to Madrid. Internet is working very well it was convenient for both work and movies.

The breakfast is convenient but not excellent. We mainly went out for the breakfast in nearby restaurants and bread shops.

Location, very close to the train station, and the staff, they’re are very friendly.

It would be nice to have a restaurant, but it's not a big problem, there are places to eat or dine nearby.

The stuff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was quite good and with a good variety. The parking spaces were spacious.
