Hotel Monte Rozas

Great location for shopping and Costco trips. Nice facilities. Clean. Good breakfast.

Im allergic to dust so always check. Found dust on tops of doors, door jams thst kind of thing. They didnt have eggs available for breakfast.

Cleanliness, people are helpful and friendly.

For the value paid, at least natural water and kettle with hot drinks should be included, also mini bar should be included inroom

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Very spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had some issue with the air-conditioning but it was user problem. The air-con was working perfectly fine. The staff has been very kind to put us at far end of the lobby. Seems like there will be lots of noise if nearer to the lobby.

The room does not comes with kettle. It was not mentioned under the "hotel amenities" so it's no fault of the hotel. Just take note of it. Breakfast was very mediocre, there's no egg.

The location for car is perfect and you have the mall Heron City 5min ride for dinner

The location is perfect if you have a car. Also there is mall to 5 minutes ride with restaurants. And great breakfast!

Everything was good taking into account the price we paid and it was close to the client office in Monte Rozas that we came to visit. I would have upgraded all our rooms from the basic one (like room 107) to the slightly more comfortable ones (like room 106) with a fridge, kettle, nicer decoration if I had known the difference. The breakfast was also good considering it was only a 3-star hotel.

Everything was ok considering the value for money. A fridge would have been a great value add as even water bottles got warm in the room.

Food is very limited in breakfast , and no tea , coffee, or water in room

breakfast was nice, good variety of cheese and ham, but i am more of eggs and veggies person and there was none of that there, except for the spanish potatoes omlette. that was my saviour. there was a good coffee machine, but only regular milk which I don't take. the rest was super.

It was very clean and beautiful. A/C in room excellent, noiseless. The location, near Las Rozas, was excellent for us. One needs a car, of course. The views of the Sirra de Guadarrama mountains excellent. The breakfast was slightly above average for this type of Hotel, in Spain. For us, quite good. It has a small but very well equipped fitness room. We used it and liked it very much. We would stay here again, no doubt. It was not our case, but i'd say that for people interested in visiting both Madrid and El Escorial the location could not be better.

Breakfast was great and it is a hotel when you are on the road.

The room smelled like someone smoked there & and it was not as decorated and nice like the pics on the ads.

Overall, facilities were pretty good. Place was really clean and well maintained. Has a huge restaurant in front, which helps if you want to eat a good meal. There's also a huge gas station there, so works really well if you are travelling by car.

Due to the season there was no air conditioning, we were forced to open windows to cool down the room a bit, which was really annoying in the morning because people were leaving early and couldn't sleep due to noise. Breakfast options are quite basic, I was only able to eat toast with tomato due to food intolerances, and there was some fruit available, but don't expect a generous breakfast.

Good price, good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. the place was clean a well located next to the highway.

The hotel seems like a dating motel. very active after midnight.The bed was not really comfortable.

All clean, modern and practical, with great bathroom.

A bit overheated. We could not make the thermostat turn down to 18 degrees for sleeping. I had to remove my duvet and sleep under the 'sheets'.

Neat and clean.

Too simple breakfast - no scrambled eggs, no sausages, european style - cheese/ham/jam/bread and pastry. I was expecting more

Please provide common washer and dryer if some one wants to do own laundry.My next trip stay will not be in the hotel just because I can not do my own laundry. Hotel provided as a paid service but I want to use washer and dryer at my convenience to do my laundry.

Dog friendly and there is a restaurant right across from car park which was amazing . Breakfast was lovely and staff helpful and friendly.
