Location in the mountains

Its very old need maintenance , beds are so bad

Location is awesome and how peaceful the nights were. Breakfast was ok.

Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains and forest. The swimming pool is pleasant when temperatures are high. The food is good in the restaurant and the service was great

Everything is getting old and would need to be refreshed.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the location was tranquil. Nearby town was also very nice. The community seemed to be active and friendly.

We really were looking forward to a swim, but the temperature of the pool was too cold to enjoy. It was more of a plunge than a swim.

We enjoyed nature and how nice the staff was with us and our cat. It was very beautiful to see how pet friendly the place is as well. We recommend the place to anyone who wishes to disconnect and relax.

It's hard to reach without a car but not necessarily a problem

The location was great, near enough Cercedilla town for a nice walk (25min) or short trip by car (5min) through dirt road. The room was spacious with lovely balcony and nice views. In a quiet area. The restaurant in the hotel was handy and staff serving were very good.

Although the room was cleaned to a good routine standard, the cushions, furniture and in particular the bathroom could definitely do with a make over and a bit of repair. The wifi didn't reach our room although there was a wifi extender in the premises.

The hotel was shut we were the only guests the restaurant was closed . The access was down a track with no proper signs the road in had been washed away an was closed the last sign in to the hotel had no signs or anything to tell u was there. We had poor rooms with a mattress with a spring coming through . I would not recommend

Beautiful location ,very rural,breakfast exceptional .

Could do with a good clean and tidy up on the most part ,whole area seems a bit run down ,I.e showers around pool not working.landscaping not maintained. Seems a shame for such a beautiful place ,still enjoyed our stay and would come again lovely village nearby for an evening out.(by car)

If you are seeking peace and quiet (like us) the location is perfect! It’s off the beaten path, so be sure to have Google Maps ready!

For the price, we believe the rooms should be more equipped. For example, with a hairdryer.

Excellent location and super friendly and accommodating staff. The food was also really good.

It was pretty cold in the room even though they had heater, and the rooms could use some renovations.

Fans needed in the guest bedrooms during the summer months and a small fridge would make the experience perfect

i really liked the customer service, they were very kind to us. also the place is really beautiful. perfect to relax and stay away from the city noise.

There were nice views from the rooms and the beds were comfortable and it was near where we needed to be

There were stairs everywhere and cobbled paths to walk from the room to the reception. We had to climb stairs to reception, there was another flight to the bar and restaurant .In the building where our rooms were we had to climb stairs to our room the other room you had to go down stairs and once in the room down some stairs into the sitting area and up stairs to the sleeping area. Were not warned about the number of stairs one would have to climb. We had problems with language as no one spoke English we had to phone a friend to find out about meal times. The food was probably typically Spanish but google translate was not much help. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities
