Pros +
- The rooms were basic and functional, fit for purpose but you wouldn't wish to stay for many nights. The parking was secure. Breakfast was good.
- Location was good. Room was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
- great pool, bed and staff low key.
Cons -
- The in-house restaurant was shut on a Sunday, which was fine, but there was little interest by staff in helping us to find an alternative. More customer care would be good.
- THERE IS NO LIFT. So a heavy case had to be carried up two flights of stairs. Also I booked a meal with reception for 7 pm. When we arrived we were told by a different receptionist that the Restaurant was in fact closed !!
- dark room. a bit hot

Friendly welcome, great location, clean comfortable rooms.
Hotel on a very busy road, but we were not disturbed by noise during the night.staff made us wait while they finished what they were doing before even acknowledging our presence - very annoying.
rude staff

Good to have a welcome tray. The breakfast was good value for money.
The room was very small, no air conditioning and one needed to be a contortionist to get in the shower.
