The beautiful interior of the hotel has a lot of character. The room was spacious.

Everything went as expected, with a couple of disappointments..A Parador has its own standards which are always good to great when it comes to the accomodation!

The location is quite a distance from the old town (>1,5 km). Walking it would be ok, but not on a hot afternoon..The hotel does not provide a shuttle service to the town center which would be greatly appreciated by young and old!The other comment relates to the restaurant: very nice room, with garden views and possibility to enjoy the very nice terrace.However the service level is somewhat disappointing and the menu options not really up to the level you would expect. Despite having to book for in advance for a fixed time both for breakfast and dinner, the wait times were long and requests were easily forgotten (e.g. no pepper and salt on the table..). But the staff is very welcoming and friendly!

Menu in the bar is a bit limited - restaurant doesnt start serving until late. Breakfast is too expensive

Comfortable large room, friendly reception and bar staff. Great and wide choice of hot and cold food for the buffet breakfast. Good choice of light meals in the bar (didn’t use the restaurant). About 2km/25min walk into Tordesillas centre along main road or gravel track. Plenty of parking spaces but none under cover.

Quiet location, yet easy access for transit to and from southern Spain. Rooms arę well fitted out for relaxing or working, good lighting and comfortable chairs, also the mini bar iś convenient.

Always fascinating to stay in these very solid feeling, historic old buildings. They are immaculately run and unbelievably clean. Very friendly staff too and a good dinner and breakfast.

Our room was good, lots of space with a well appointed bathroom, just not very cosy. A bit bare and hollow sounding, but I'm being picky!

We stay at this Paradore often. It’s on a direct roomut between France and home on Portugal. It’s beautifully clean and well appointed. It is value for money. Beds could be bigger. We had a double but two singles are bigger

Everything was good .lovely big room and bathroom . Bed very comfortable ,good pillows . Room very quiet. Staff very polite . Lots of parking. Dinner was good and reasonably priced.

Having to leave !!

We've used this hotel on several occasions because it's a great place to break our journeys between southern Spain and the ferry ports for the UK: a short distance off the autovia; friendly, helpful staff; parking at no extra cost; well-appointed rooms with modern facilities and comfortable beds; and a good restaurant.

Comfortable room- large bar. We stayed in 3 Paradors on this holiday and this was outstandingly poor.

There is an onus on Management to forewarn patrons that we were effectively staying on a building site. Pool closed- indoor pool cold with a cracked window. Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna all closed. Someone could surely have brushed around the entrance- even if it was a building site.In the morning there was a local feria in the town and roads were closed. Nobody thought of telling the patrons that the festival was on and nobody warned us about closed roads. Shocking customer service.Restaurant food was average.

Understandably there was a huge building project going on …so parking was difficult to negotiate and on the building site area.

Great location, within 1 hour/1.5 from the parador there are many great places to visit in every direction. The pool and the outside patio to eat are great.

Very comfortable room in a lovely building. The outdoor swimming pool is enormous and very welcome after a long day's drive. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially on reception- a very positive first impression. I was also on half board and the rate was excellent value for money.

It would have suited me to have dinner a fair bit earlier. But I guess in Spain, 20h30 is quite early

Location was fine - a minute or two off tte main road - no danger of getting lost in a myriad of side roads.
