Hotel Palacios

An excellent hotel in a good location. Very good because there is parking space for visitors to the hotel.A good breakfast.Very pleasant staff and very helpful when I made a request.

We love this hotel! We stay every year on our way down to the Costa Brava traveling from Galicia.We bring our cats with us as they have pet friendly rooms.The hotel is very convenient as it's about 10 minutes from the motorway. It has a big free carpark. Bar + food available as part of the hotel complex. Food is very reasonably priced + the portions are MASSIVE! Especially the burgers!Breakfast is available also with plenty of choice.The lady on reception is always very friendly + helpful + the bar/kitchen + morning staff are all lovely too! We never have any issues or complaints

Stopped there several times, nothing too much trouble.. leaving early. Breakfast at what ever time,no problem.

Convenient en route to Bilbao. Great parking. Lovely room. The receptionist was very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

? nice and clean hotel as a quick stop over on the way to our home in Spain. Staff extremely helpful. typical continental breakfast. very nice. Pet friendly. We had 2 dogs with us. We would stay again.

? We had our 2 dogs with us and we booked through booking.com. It did not state there was an extra charge for dogs on the booking.com site. The hotel said we should have paid for our dogs. It was a genuine mistake on our part as we should have let the hotel know we were bringing them. But we had booked a few hotels on our journey and just forgot to inform them in this case. There was no problem though and the dogs stayed with us in our room.

Easy safe parking. Handy for motorway journeys to Santander or Bilbao . Food available all the time. Rioja wines, a speciality. Room was lovely. Would recommend, and return.

A spacious room, comfy bed, good shower. The hotel is great for an overnight stay on a long drive. Breakfast was good.

The very strong air freshener/cleaning product smell in the room.

There was a bike room to store our gravel bikes safely. The staff was very helpful finding a pump to inflate the tires. Also we could leave the car for a few days on the parking lot while bikepacking. The breakfast was basic but good enough to load some carbs for a long bike ride

The bedroom for 3 people didn't exist of 3 proper beds. One of the beds was a foldable bed and not very comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very load and the food didn't look too good. The hotel could use some updates overall.
