Hotel Asset Torrejón

Excellent room and location and very good staff and really very good meal for dinner!

I like very much

This hotel is terrible

Great buffet breakfast.

Half a shower door.Parking garage is too tight.

Good bed. Got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was on par. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Could hear street noise on 8th floor. Had to keep resetting the heat and wifi.

Spacious rooms, clean and tidy and great breakfast at location for a modest price

Excelente ubicacion, personal amable, habitacion silensiosa y camas confortables.

Front desk was kind.

I would absolutely NOT stay here again. While the staff was friendly, the location was extremely inconvenient — we had to take a cab to get to the airport, which ended up costing as much as a ride from the city center. Although there’s a train station next to the hotel, it doesn’t connect directly to the airport, which made traveling even more frustrating. The hotel itself was disappointing: it was dirty, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the price we paid. The shower hadn’t been cleaned, and there was even an open shampoo packet left behind. Overall, this stay was unpleasant and far below expectations.

Close to airport. Clean

The phone for service desk did not work. As well the fridge did not work properly and did not keep food cold.

Easy check in, free parking behind the station

We had noisy neighbors but not fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptionally high quality, and the staff were also excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was no street noise. The hotel was very quiet at night. Usually I have to run a fan to mask noise while I am sleeping, but not during this stay. Actually the hotel was more quiet than my own home.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls did not block noise from adjoining rooms. But generally my neighbors were quiet.

The staff at the counter were friendly and accomodating. Many restaurants and other stores catering to your daily needs are located around the hotel.

I think the furniture in the room needs upgrading.

Everything. Polite and friendly staff, clean rooms and great area.

Comfortable bed, good position for our purposes, excellent breakfast.

Limited choice in the cafeteria, no food drink service between, 10.30am and 7pm.

Large clean room

No Tea/Coffee making facility in the room.

I love this hotel, very clean, comfortable and friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few months and both times the restaurant was a disappointment to myself and my family. The price is too high for very underwhelming quality.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. They let me borrow a phone charger and gave me hot water for my cold medicine after a long day in the rain.

I would have been happy to have a cup of coffee without having to pay a full breakfast in the morning. This made us go out.

Good location. quiet environment. Friendly staff who are always ready to help you.

The only thing I didn't like, was the hair in the bath.

Very good location, just opposite the train station, 5 min walk to the plaza mayor of the town, very close to the Magicas Navidades park...

A few steps from the street to the reception.

The room view and size. The cleanliness was good

The breakfast was ok not that great

The facility was more like a suit and was enormous. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi was very good.

No bar available but there was one across the street.
