Hotel Porcel Aida

Not worth it.

The hotel room was TOO expensive (159 EUR) for a single night. The hotel is quite far from the airport and does not offer any shuttle service. Also, the breakfast was abysmal, with little variety. They do not provide body/face lotion like other hotels. All in all, it is not worth its price. It would be a nice hotel for a way, way, lower price.

The bathroom was nice. I didn't try the breakfast but the cafeteria seemed to be nice. It was nice to an elevator from the hotel parking lot to the room.

I didn't like that after arriving late in the morning the receptionist told me she didn't have room for me when I clarified that the reservation was supposed to be for that morning because my plane was arriving late 7am. She finally found the reservation. The parking in the hotel was an extra 8 euros. I had to block the TV with a jacket because I couldn't turn it off. The bathroom was ok but the mattress wasn't particularly confortable.

Actually it is become a basic to have mini bar and at least coffee machine , cups and cattle it is not a luxury !!! Moreover the tv is too small and broadcast spanish channels

Nothing at all.

I paid for breakfast, and the start time for breakfast was too late for someone who had an early morning fight to catch. At least they should have something out, even if it is just hot drinks, biscuits, or something light to take along and eat on the way. I would appreciate it if I could get my breakfast money back as I didn't have anything, and I checked out really early that morning.

Good value for money. Not far from airport, Quiet environment. Many shops and restaurants on walking distance of hotel. Fantastic breakfast

Everything was OK

Excellent hotel in a very good price-quality ratio. A varied and rich breakfast. All well accessible for wheelchair.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom especially the shower was a nice size. Good water pressure. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel and not have to drag our luggage several blocks.

For those who need a hotel near Barajas airport it might be an option.

Poor breakfast.We may listen guests in adjoining rooms, disturbing our relaxation.

The room was modern and bathroom nice.

Location was not close to airport. It was a 40$ cab ride and we expected to be just 5 miles away. Hard also in shower to not get everything wet

An excellent location with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bars nearby. Ample parking and felt safe.

The hotel rooms were very modern and newly renovated. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very peaceful.

We thought that there was no hot water in the shower, the water in the shower was ice cold, but then we discovered that hot water was to the right and cold water to the left, the opposite of most countries.

Nice clean room, good location, friendly staff.

No water kettle in the room to make a coffee or tea, at breakfast coffee tastes like instant coffee. No vegetables for breakfast.

Well when I arrived after a rather expensive taxi ride and no real public transport to hotel. The front desk lady asked me” what I wanted?!” And when she confirmed the bed she was a bit rude and slight homophobic. The hotel was dated and room was relatively recently renovated however it wasn’t the cleanest room. The walls had splatter things on them the bed was very hard. The bathroom shower didn’t work right, there were no real toiletries and only on big towel. The soap dispenser was like the ones at a gas station or public restroom. No shampoo.

It’s hard to say. I really wanted to wipe everything off cuz I felt it was gross.

The attending personel was very helpful. Really good staff. The rest were under the expectations and the breakfast was very complete and variated.

The bed and room were clean and comfortable.

The room had one socket only near the beds but we slept in a twin so we needed 2.The breakfast was late and minimal (no gluten free no lactose free options) and the waiting staff was unfriendly. Too sad.
