Clean room and pleasant staff

Room did not include kettles. Only a shared iron and ironing board available. A lot of noise can be heard from nearby rooms and the hallway

We have to pay for parking the car. Breakfast very limited.

Easy check in, breakfast had good selection.

We stayed one night before airport departure, was still 1/2 hour drive and $80 euro by uber for family of 5 due to traffic at time of day.

Good Value for money and clean ? but location far from city centre. Also, it would be better if there is a kettle in the room for tea or coffee! Staff are very helpful but not all of them speak English which we found a bit challenging.

Easy access to public transport and are near places to eat

There are policies that I don’t agree really. They are very strict in bringing food from outside and yet their food available inside are bad mediocre at best.

Parking was available for our car. It was walkable to restaurants in the area. The staff we encountered were all very nice and helpful. It was within 5 miles of the airport.

The listing stated that it had air conditioning. I did not. The parking for the hotel was not complimentary and the space was very small for a large car. We did not receive good directions to help with our arrival.

Location right in the centre of town. Close to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants. Off site parking only cost me €2 from 6.00pm to 4.00am the following morning.

It’s dated and has limited parking.

Adequate breakfast. Location very good, added bonus parking garage. Reception staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Made us feel very welcome.

Boarded up windows, the hallway wasn’t well lit. The bed was uncomfortable for the one night out of the five I booked - I left immediately the next morning.

The breakfast was ok for a french breakfast and the staff she works morning she is nice to the guests.

First, I'm not sure why the receptionist was checking my visa instead of my passport details in the first page.There is no water in the room, not even a small bottle , a small bottle of water will not cost the hotel even half a euro. I arrived night, and I was so thirsty. I was calling reception multiple times, and no one answered, another thing it was not one bed. There were two beds stuck to each other .The bed was not comfy.The hotel is so far from both the airport and madrid City.

Friendly staff, very clean, lift if needed. Staff encouraged you to speak Spanish (which is what I wanted) and spoke English if necessary. Directly across both the bus and train station with easy access to Madrid

They have a very old tv - I spoke with reception a they said that the tv because it’s old was not working and they knew that - and stopped to work a week before. This was a bit annoying because there were times we wanted to watch the tv while we rest at night and we couldn’t . In their description says that they have tv and cable but seems this was not true. See attached pictures Plus they were times that the internet was not working or very low.

Is an ok hotel. Affordable and clean.

We got literally no view, just a wall. The breakfast was a bit simple. Location wise, well, let’s say I didn’t feel very safe walking around this are after certain time.
