Cons -
- We had a group of 12 people, pre booked for a birthday dinner. The waitress for the evening was extremely rude And not at all helpful. Everything was a chore for her. I have travelled the world but have never experienced such behavior.

- Room could use some furniture updates.

Its just amazing!!Very clean, the atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurant is delicious and the staff are super friendly!!!Wonderful experience!!
The parking system is not the best, but its ok.
The hotel is a tastefully remodelled 14th-century convent, with a confortable cloister area with a breakfast area and quiet restaurant. Apart from being elegant, the interior decoration encourages quiet. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. The staff is very polite and helpful.
On the weekend in the early hours of the morning, I was awoken once a night by singing partiers outside in the streets on their way back from drinking the excellent local wines. Earplugs worked well the second night (I'm a light sleeper).
Location was great for what we were looking for, price was great. Can't speak on the breakfast as we didn't have it. Lobby looks beautiful at night, definitely a nice vibe to hang out in. Very cool building with an interesting history.
Needs some updating in furniture and design. Rooms had old pink carpet and a pretty ugly old TV stand that was for like box TVs, and now the flat screen had to sit on top of it, which put the TV too high and left and weird empty hole where the other TV was supposed to go — just looked like they didn't even try to update in the last 25 years that flat screens have been a thing. The AC was also not very powerful and on one night we had to open the window as well. The lobby looks great at night, but during the day you can see that the furniture looks older, very used, and out of style. Looks like they need an interior designer to really direct the look and feel of the place as they had these very odd wicker "bed" seats? Like ones you might see on a patio by a pool? In the lobby as well that looked super odd and out of place. But for the very cheap price, it probably makes sense.
Very spaciousCentral to townStaff were very helpful
No parking info givenWe had a parking fine! Showered was rubbish
Great location in heart of town. Beautiful property. Spacious rooms
Great history, the central Cloister was unique. Rooms were comfortable.
A few things could do with maintenance; we had a few outlets in our room that didn’t work. Rooms, while comfortable, are starting to look a little frayed. Internet was down for a good portion of the evening and wasn’t very good when it was working.
Location good. No breakfast as eat locally.Lovely building.
It was just so noisy. Plumbing, lift noise and background aggravation terrible. Not the place for a quiet nights sleep. It could be so much better.
Beautiful building, location, and friendly staff
If you plan to stay over in Haro, the location is perfect. The history of the building is great and the central area for eating is pretty. The furniture and finishes are very dated. I understand it’s an old property but it needs to be refreshed
Air conditioning was listed (and something very important for my bookings) but not available for use in April despite the warm weather. Opening the windows was loud. The accommodations are overpriced for this type of area
The location and spacious bedrooms
The noise at night by other guests
Great location. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to centre of Haro and easy walk to wineries.

Staff provided professional advice and assistance.
The hotel is not 4 stars or consistent with what we have come accustomed to expect from Eurostars. The rooms are badly in need of updating - there was no ventilation of the bathroom (and a leaking air freshener is not an adequate alternative), Wifi speeds vary between 5 and 15 mps (which is terrible), most TV channels (including all non-Spanish) were not working and room safe was unavailable.
We received a very warm reception from Felix who did more than expected to help us with our bags and advice on parking etc. It is a very long time since we received such a warm welcome. We was a complete gentleman.
We where is Haro to visit some bodegas and sample some Rioja wine, So at dinner we asked for a certain vintage, the waitress brought the wine, opened the bottle and poured without showing the vintage or allowing us to taste. After the pouring we discovered that the wine served was not the vintage that we asked for. When we asked for an explanation, we were then told that the vintage we had asked for was no longer available, so the waitress took it upon herself to select another vintage without consulting us. After this incident the waitress was abrupt if not rude. Finally when we asked to see the desert menu, we where abruptly told that we could have A or B (can't remember the detail) and no menu was provided. To conclude it was an experience that ruined our dinner and a very poor reflection of Eurostars.
Hotel in a beautiful historic building in town centre. Big and well decorated rooms. Staff was always very helpful. Highly recommendable.
The parking fee of 15 Euros per day is too expensive.
Location and building
No possibility to eat something in the cafetaria or something small in the bar
It is a nice building, centrally located
Very echoing cloistear interior made for noise. It is a very dead interior.
The common areas were fantastic.
The sleeping room was horrible. Bad smell, worn carpet and furnishings, and the A/C system didn’t work.
