The room was okay, there was no dust, and the bed was comfortable.

Maybe I'm just picky, but perhaps they could add some fresh rolls or baguettes, and some vegetables (cucumbers, etc.)

Large clean room.

The hotel was clean and staff were very kind. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Nice private bathroom. Property has private parking only accessible with room card. It is also located within 10 minutes driving to city center. Taxi cab is about 8 euros each way. Definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast can be better. Poor coffee and its a little bit strange that in Spain you cant get squized orange juice. 50cents /kg and yet ...

The staff thought it was a good idea to vacuum the corridor that gives access to the rooms, before 9am. While bumping against the wall and doors! Ruined my experience.

Newer hotel, nice rooms. Bare minimums in the rooms, bedbugs in the bed.

Bed bugs in one of our beds, so unable to sleep in the early morning hours. Didn’t switch rooms due to the need to wake up the rest of the family. When the staff was informed in the morning their reaction was less than desirable- they wanted to know why we didn’t ask to switch rooms at 3am and stated that there is nothing they can do about it now since we didn’t ask to switch rooms.

Clean, good value, large rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Easy to find. Large bedrooms. Separate seating area. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Excellent choice for an overnight stay if travelling to the ferry.

It quoted free parking but was charged but wasn’t overly expensive and was secure underground parking

The location was really comfortable for me. The room was big and there was working place as well. They also offer good traditional food.

I wanted to iron my clothes and they provided me with an iron, however without ironing board. There is no gym in the premises.

The solidly built and very beautiful building, the shopping centre across the road, fabulous large room, private terrace, two TVs (!), wonderful breakfast, parking onsite, easy access to main roads, oh yes and the huge bed!

Hubby thought bed a bit hard. Traffic very noisy in the morning.

Comfortable, spacious bedroom. That's about as far as it goes.

Nothing around, mediocre bar/cafeteria. Impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying for a buffet breakfast

The room was very clean & comfortable. The Cafeteria staff were excellent & very good.

Have you ever heard of a 4 star hotel whose cafeteria doesn't open until 12.30 p.m! No coffee facilities in the morning. One drove 5 minutes down the road for a coffee/breakfast. The balcony couldn't fit seats on it even you had some. The hotel receptionist ( female) could learn how to make the guests 'welcome'.

Everything was great, they took care to put us in a quiet room, it had a terrace, clean, spacious room. Well located, free parking around the hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely modern hotel. Nearby shopping centre.

Food in the bar was terrible - saw a lot of the other guests in the shopping centre restaurants so not just our opinion.

Excellent room with separate seating and viewing area. Close to the Bus stop for travelling to Avila centre and close to the motorway for getting around the area.

Breakfast was quite poor and left a lot to be desired, if you did not arrive early find a clean table would be difficult as it took an age to clear and clean. The cafeteria was inexpensive but was quite scruffy as was the restaurant. The garage appeared to be closed, so street parking, which was usually available, but not sure if it would had it been busy, as other Hotels nearby.
