We really liked the location, halfway between the walled city and train station. Very walkable with convenient grocery store. Room was ver nice. We were surprised how quiet it was at night (that’s a good thing!).

No complaints.

Everything was fine, I was here second time and will go back for sure.Good location between the train station and the historical monuments.Nice and helpful staff. Room is comfortable and good to stay in it.

There is no breakfast opportunity in the hotel.

We were basically put in a small room which should really be a single. The double bed was small and the room was equipped for single occupancy. The bathroom was dated and the bath was stained. It was nothing like the photos as advertised.

Good location 10 minutes to train station would come back avila beautiful city with lots to do good size room

There were 3 sittings for breakfast I was to late bookings for first settings there was the the smallest coffe maker I have seen a member of staff was there to to make coffe for you don't think they can cater for more than 15 people at a time again staff were great if I was getting early train or bus would have to do without breakfast as result missing early slot

We got a very friendly welcome, and in English too! The place was easy to find, and check in was seamless. Our room was very clean, comfortably appointed, and the location was excellent, close to Avila for our one day tourist walk. It was handy to a supermarket (about 100 metres down the street) and other important facilities, like the bus station.

All good. Enjoyed our stay. Just a small point, but for someone with slightly failing eyesight, some parts of the internal stairs down to the front entrance were a little hard to negotiate in the poor light of the stairwell. Maybe some sort of marking on top of the front of each step would make things a bit safer. Thanks, on behalf of future customers.

Comfortable and clean hotel just outside the old part of the city. Easy to walk to everything from the hotel and very friendly, helpful front desk (Thanks Luisa!!)

Breakfast wasn't included so no comment. Good location only 10 minute walk to train station & 15 minute walk to old town fortification walls at Alcazar Gate. All major attractions are within walking distance if you enjoy walking. There is a supermarket just a few doors away from hotel. Mini fridge in room & a lounge on 3rd floor with microwave, toaster oven, sink, large fridge, cups, utensils, etc. that guests can use.

An electric kettle or coffee maker in room would have been nice as lounge not open until 10 am.

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was meagre and not worth having. The window was not properly insulated and the wind moved the curtains. The bathroom was not provided with shampoo. The receptionist was not able to give me the correct location of a tourist attraction after which I realised that it was marked on the map handed out by the receptionist himself.

There was hitting

1) it is winter. But the bed was with one linen bedsheet. In the wardrobe we found old green cover with many old brown stains ?2) the bed was small ( not like at the pictures from description), the room was old ( pictures of damaged walls attached), the window vue on the nearby building. And I booked it 2 months in advance, so it wasn’t their last room!3) and now the worst. Party till the 3 am, drunken tenants who knocked at our door, noise in the hall, so we couldn’t sleep normally. If hotel holds parties - they should warn people so we could book another hotel.This is unacceptable!

Lovely, clean and comfortable room in a convenient location. Fridge in the room was useful. I was allowed to check in just before 1pm, and the 12 check out was appreciated. Staff were very nice. A good choice and excellent value for money

The kitchen/dining facilities were not very good, just a coffee maker, toaster & microwave. No kettle or a sharp knife for preparing sandwiches. This wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t advertised as having catering facilities and didn’t spoil my stay

Value for money. Friendly staff. Will come back again.

When you put a key card into a compartment, it will turn on fuses and it is quite noisy.

Very nice lady on the front desk. She inform me and find information about my interest in Avila on Sunday afternoon.

Location, close to the train station. Clean room.

Cold room. No room heating.Extremely disappointing breakfast. The so-called "breakfast" is just one coffee and one croissant in a nearby shop. Deceitful.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff was outstanding. Plus the location was ideal for visiting the historic sites in Avila.

We have no complaints about this property.

The receptionist ( (Louisa) was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and to see which were fabulous.Location was great, close to the old town.

The hotel is on a main road, so the traffic noise was a bit loud.

Affordable, Close to the city center. Good airco.

No parking, no indication where we could park. We found a free parking a few 100 meters away. Breakfast was in a local restaurant, so not in the hotel. They forgot to do our room (no clean towels, trash bin not emptied, beds not made). Both our key cards stopped working, this was fixed quickly.
