Nothing. Everything was great.
Beautiful place --
Our only concern was lack of parking. My husband has trouble walking ... We had to park our rental car at a lot about a mile away. Don't know if this would have been a deal breaker, but we would have like to have known beforehand ...
Location. The environment of a castle. Extra lounge areas. Secured parking (garage).
Breakfast (the food, service and price).
Location was excellent, we could park the car well due to personel accommodations Beds were really confortable.Bathroom was satisfying.
It was a little too basic compared to other Paradors.Poor decorationSmall parkingCommon areas were also small
Nice experience to stay in an old palace, good location to sights. Food in Parador is very good with large quantities.
Not enough lounging area, not enough choice of selections in dinner menu.
Everything was amazing, the location, the room, the food. Would highly recommend a visit. We will be returning for another visit.
Nothing to dislike
Breakfast was greatFront desk staff excellentLocation was perfect
The room A/c was turned off because summer was overIt was too warm in the room, they gave us a fan, but it was very small and didn’t help a lot.
It is an old building historic building and the furniture is also antique and unique. We had dinner there. Close to Avila wall
You have to go up and down stairs with luggage. Breakfast was with reservations.
Location of the hotel and comfortable rooms
Parking is a little challenging with small very tight garage spaces
Nice historic building (as you would expect from Paradores) Great walking location in town. Very quiet.Parking might get tight, when you come late.Rooms are traditional and spacious and have all you need.Friendly staff, good breakfast. We booked half board and enjoyed the dinner. Too bad the garden was under construction but it will be nice when done.
Solid location, easy parking
A bit dated decor.
Very nice Parador with great location next to wall.
Parking is limited, so best to get there early
Location is great. We stayed here once before. And being able to park the car in the garage and take elevator up to room with luggage was really convenient in such a spread out hotel where Lobby is so far from rooms and around bends in the corridor. Staff were so totally helpful in every way at all times with any questions from before we arrived throughout our stay.
Poor parking management and very poor client care. Worst experience in a hotel in many years. Old and dirty carpets and furniture
Location very central - easy walking distance to all sightsExcellent & plentiful breakfastLovely lunchStaff drove the car out of the tight garage space for us on departure
Historic property beautifully adapted for current use. Our room was huge, well appointed, warm (and it mattered in a March that was wet and snowy) with a lovely big bathroom.
Architecture, decor, location, restaurant
First stay in a Parador. It met all the positive expectations and saw off the negative allegations. For the record the staff were helpful, polite and responsive. The room was large and comfortable.
I didn’t like the rain!
