Clean and with parking in the middle of town

No coffee makers in room

24 hour reception, our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1am. The guy on reception was charming even that late.

The service was excellent. Appreciated the map and detailed explanation at the reception that facilitated the official reason of our visit in the city.That the breakfast included gluten free option after notifying the hotel in advance of the need. Closeness to train station.

There was no way to heat water for tea or coffee in the room. The mattress was way too soft. Did prevent me from sleeping comfortable or at all. The breakfast was OK but not as great as reviews seen online.

The location is perfect, the staff is a pleasure to work with. Nothing negative about the hotel. It is clean, comfortable. If I were to return to Salamanca, I would definitely stay in the same hotel

The hotel was very easy to find, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful ... giving us instructions, maps, parking, restaurant area and what we must see during our short stay. The location was walkable to most everything which is what we really enjoy

There really wasn't anything we didn't like, it checked all of the boxes for what we needed during our short stay in Avila. We stayed one night to decompress from our travel, walk the wall and relax

It's a beautiful hotel that is located a walkable distance from the bus station, which is good because there were no taxis waiting outside. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the city walls (las murallas) which is where visitors will be spending most of their time.The staff was friendly and very helpful.The breakfast buffet was outstanding. It also opened at 7:00 a.m., which is very early for Spain but great for me.

The single elevator was not up to the task of handling the number of guests.

The hotel is very close to the train station and a 10 min easy walk to town centre. The decor of hotel and room quite classy. I had a room with a terrace. Breakfast was adequate with a fair choice of food and nice coffee. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My stay was during the recent Spain power outage so couldn't really enjoy the hotel as much if there was electricity.

All good, the only little thing is the recepcionists had to run every time to open the special door for me entering the hotel with a stroller

The 1st day the water pressure for hot water was not enough.

The facilities and breakfast are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful!!. The room is very comfortable, good restroom. All ok!!!

Very close to the train station. You can walk to the centre or take a bus (bus stop right in front of the hotel door, super convenient). Staff couldn't be more helpful.Comfortable bed. Quiet even in a room facing the street. Very good breakfast.

Absolutely outstanding, cannot recommend it highly enough. Less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station. They kept my luggage for me both before check-in and after check-out at no charge. Very spacious and clean room with air-conditioning and a little mini bar (so a fridge!). Room service if required. Has a lift. Lovely reception area and a cute bar/cafeteria that appeared to be popular with locals too. Didn't use the breakfast room but it looked good.

A beautiful location in the middle of Avila. The hotel is a classic luxurious hotel. The bed is good and very clean.

The walls were not very well isolated, we could hear the people next door.

Super friendly and helpful staff, I was giving great recommendations on what to do in Avila.The hotel is a block away from the train station which is great if you are traveling by train like us.Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet Breakfast was good

Nothing except we wish it was closer to the historical center.
