Easy parking (there is car park), comfy beds, and good value for money.

Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception, the room was comfy and nice. Easy to park around and it is walking distance to the old town . about 25mn . So no hassle to park to visit.

Overall ok for a stopover on the way to Madrid

Rooms not clean enough, air conditioner did not work, strong smell of cigarettes in the room

The staff is fantastic, they are friendly and helpful. The bathroom was good, good space, great shower. Spaceous room.

Beds are not the best. Location can be much better, on the map it looked better. Breakfast is bad, in their description it says it is a buffet, and while they do have a few things, it's really bad quality. Food available to order is really bad.

Location, convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff

Exactly as expected, a modern hotel on an industrial estate. No frills but good quality accomodation and a friendly atmosphere. Perfectly located to depart Avila en route to the Santander ferry.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to move around comfortably. The bed was impressively large, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel—it felt like a perfect balance of support and softness.Another highlight was the 24x7 reception service. It’s rare to find such convenience, and the staff went above and beyond—they even offered to make tea or assist with anything I needed late at night. This thoughtful service truly elevated the stay and made me feel at home.The overall atmosphere of the room made it easy to relax after a long day. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

While my stay at this hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The location is on the outskirts of the city, which can be inconvenient if you don’t have a car. However, if you’re driving, it’s not a major issue as the area is easily accessible.Another downside was the pillows—they weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped and didn’t match the quality of the otherwise excellent mattress. Additionally, I had requested a room with a good view while booking, but sadly, I didn’t get one—perhaps because the other rooms were already booked.Overall, it’s a good option, especially if you’re traveling by car, but a bit of improvement in these areas would make it even better.

The beds are very comfortable, top. The parking was just beside the hotel and easy accessible, also for less mobile people, the hotel entrance is easy accessible with a wheelchair. The room was clean and bright. The bath room is foreseen with a spacious shower cabin, top. Wifi speed and reliability was top.

The breakfast didn't offer any warm dish neither eggs nor fresh tomatoes. The airco didn't work at all, the room was very warm.

Almost everything. They do have parking, free garage connected by lift w hotel, with a lot of places and also street parking is safe and can be found even late evening, we arrived around 23h. Really great breakfast, staff was bringing cold cuts all the time, no waiting. Great for 7 euro. I would stay there again.

It is very personal but I really do not like this orange aka road workers protection color .

Nice spacious clean room! The staff was friendly. Good breakfast. We had parking on the street but the hotel has it's own parking garage.

The hotel is very good: enough parking space, garage, escalator in the building. The rooms are big, there was an air condition, the bath was fully equipped with everything you need.

The location is quite far away from the city center if you are traveling w/o car, but this is very near if you have a car.

Clean, smart and spacious room. One would think from the outside that it may be a bit below par, but quite the reverse. Lovely modern room, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, made this a pleasant stay. A bit of a walk into Avila, but nice enough, and not taxing. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity made for easy shopping. Couldn't fault it. If you get a front facing room, look out for the sunrise on the mountain, awesome!

Excellent value for money. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona) nearby. Easy walk into town. Ample parking beside the hotel. Easy arrival by car and good for trips to surrounding towns. Close to bus and train stations though we didn't use them. Good breakfast.

Just a shade on the far side from the old town. An easy walk but not one you would want to do several times per day. However, we knew this when we choose H2 and took into account the free parking beside the hotel and the ease of access when using a car to visit nearby towns.

The location was great, we are very happy walking for 20 mins to the walled city, sometimes through the lovely park. Plenty parking on the roads and FREE parking under the hotel. Nice local restaurant and Mercadona a block away. We've booked to stay again.

We have used this hotel for the past 10 years . It's a very comfortable hotel. 20 min walking distances to the town. Staff is always helpfull and pleasant.

We were oppsite the lift, which was a little noisy than normal

It is out of town. Nearest bus stop required to walk around 10 min. Avila is small town so we enjoyed our walking and bus trip. But, food options are very less. Breakfast was not good.
