About

Cons -
- Expected a more ancient look. Receptionist at check in did not overextend himself in providing information or friendliness. Furniture a bit worn for a 4 star hotel
- Room was quite small. Needed more power outlets. Mold in swower.
- Staff was not very welcoming or attentive. Quite old with the facilities but everything works well.

Staff were very helpful.

Nice property on the outskirts of Segovia. Old but comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs is great!
Staff was not very welcoming or attentive. Quite old with the facilities but everything works well.
It was a nice walk from the center of things. We were able to drop our bags and go explore before our check-in time. The included breakfast was very nice.
Nothing to say here….everything was wonderful.
Location great, 10 minute walk to main part of aqueduct. Quiet location, good parking. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately we were there for the major power outage. Staff were there to help with any concerns.
Oh My Goddness! It is one of the most beautiful hotel we slept in. You can touch the history here. Very nice room. Clean, cozy and comfy. Big bathroom with all the cosmetics you need. Good variety of products for breakfast. Very good restaurant with vegan option. Two outside private parking onsite and garage. Perfect location! Huge recommendation!!! For sure, I will give 11 but the rating scale is only to 10 ?
Visited 9 years ago and pleased to return again.Location is ideal for a walk into the city - follow the viaduct!Thought the breakfast was good and varied. Saw the young lady working hard and had it under control.Reception were efficient and helpful.Tasteful conversion from a monastery to a hotel - kept its historical settings.
Uncomfortable bed - far too hard. Slept badly.Need proper pillows.Bathroom stand is far too small. Posy instead of practical - not enough space to lay out 2 x washbags. Recommend using the spare space alongside - mounting a shelf or suchlike. The bar area was busy during the late afternoon with a coachload of people - mostly wanting coffee or soft drinks. Yet there was only one barman - who was flustered (not impressed how he ignored us and served others). Hotel should provide another member of staff, on a temporary cover basis, to help out when the bar is busy.
Fabulous location, wonderful breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Excellent location, just follow the aqueduct to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, good choice of snacks from the bar if not wishing to use the restaurant. Good breakfast selection (two coach loads of guests made breakfast busy). Parking 1 is behind a security barrier outside but under a canopy at 12 Euro/ night, parking 2 is outside and possibly free.
The hotel is located a short walk outside of the town. The walkway along the aqueduct takes you directly into the town .
Location great
Service in bar very slow. One day was given milk for tea in the room complimentary, next day chased to the lift for payment.
Historic building with characterful rooms, comfy beds and good bathrooms
Room was freezing cold and no way to adjust room temperatureStaff police the breakfast buffet to make sure no one leaves with any food!
Great location, a 5 euro taxi ride to the aqueduct. Parking is good, staff were very helpful. The bar is great with comfy leather chairs and table service. Evening meal was enjoyable and great value.
Lovely clean hotel with spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great location, the town centre was easily accessible on foot. Loved the historical aspect of the hotel
Paying for parking really wasn't a necessary cost.
Love the hotel, really good location and breakfast was really nice
The bed was not the best, really noisy as soon as you move a little bit
Historic property a short walk along the aqueduct to the central city. Reasonable price and secure parking available. Breakfast buffet was nice.
Restaurant and bar open hours short.
Fifteen minutes walk to the old town, attractive courtyard,
Breakfast area could be improved.
Great staff, clean and renewed room and pillows are fantastic, best ever in my entire life
