Very nice hotel all around at a great rate. Best was pleasant room and tasty breakfast buffet was included.

It was situated in a very good place. It was clean. The view was amazing from our room. The hotel itself was gorgeous as well.

I came to Segovia to visit my daughter who is studying at IE and living next door at the Residence And the experience and location was outstanding at Segovia

Excellent location, good bed and pillows.

The bathroom is very small and difficult.

It’s location. In the old section. Helpful front staff. Saw 3 hot air balloons this morning flying by the hotel.

The elevators do not go everywhere. I was told but I didn’t realize how hard this would be for me. Staff had to help me with the luggage.

Best location, so close to theCathedral of Segovia. Room and facility is all clean and pleasant. We were so happy staying there.We had breakfast and it was good.

Such a quaint village, lovely room with a patio area. Breakfast was lovely.Good parking.

We were at the 6th floor, very nice view from the room, room modern and bed very confortable. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Available carpark Very usefull. Breakfast very complete and tasty.

Some accessories (Shampoo dispanser) in bathroom not very string, Fall appart when we use it. Also problem with shower holder,

Location, cleanliness and price

Limited parking so we had to park in a nearby parking garage and paid more. Wished we were informed to book parking in advance.Room was hot when we first got there but the AC came on in the evening.

Helpful friendly staff, decent sized room, good quality fittings in room. A/C, free WiFi, excellent breakfast in lovely rooftop location.

Parking! Listed as having on-site parking (which it does in the basement) selected for this reason. After booking was sent an email advising there were no spaces, I received a similar generic email several times during the day repeating the fact "if I had a car". When I checked in there were adequate spaces in the motorcycle bay to park my bike as well as other car spaces, staff advised that no spaces were available. The following morning spaces were still there. An alternative was to use the public car park 100m away down a hill, (there is a temporary parking bay for one car outside the entrance to unload luggage before moving) this involved downloading an app, opening an account, setting up card details etc. Not particularly what you want after a long day in the heat travelling and made check-in over an hour instead of 10min. This wasn't a deal breaker for me but if parking on-site is important then be warned as I got the impression that they had made a decision to tell everybody that the spaces were full.

Wonderful location in the middle of town. Lots of amenities at the hotel. A wonderful breakfast that opened earlier than anything else we've seen in Spain.

I didn't love the directions for parking. Parking is expensive and if you park in a green spot you have to pay. Nobody told us that until we left. The parking meters are hard to find and we ended up with a ticket.

Staff was super friendly, room was clean, very comfy bed, wonderful shower and facilities, great location.

Unfortunately from my room I could hear every noise from other units. Conversations, flush, shower, steps, their alarms.Breakfast has a lot of options but they’re very poor quality. Coffee is soo bad you can’t drink it. It’d be better to have fewer but nicer things.

Enjoyed our terrace with storks and hot air balloons.

We were not welcomed on arrival. The young woman was rather rude and unhelpful. Yes, we arrived before 3 pm checkin, but attitude was almost go back outside and wait. There was no, “unfortunately, your room is not ready,” but go somewhere and come back later. Even putting our luggage in storage seemed an imposition. The hotel itself was fine but difficult to get beyond this first impression. We asked about a terrace but that was not a possibility; then at breakfast the next day, we see there was a terrace where we could have sat and read while waiting. Perhaps just a bad day for her?

Excellent staff, accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast and view from the breakfast room. A great way to start your day!

breakfast room was beautiful, rooms were clean and comfortable. not alot of common areas for this reason I think it´s a 3 star. If it had a restuarant would definitely be a 4 star hotel.

In the old town so within easy reach of the tourist attractions and square with restaurants.
