Love the location. We had a quiet room with a view of the countryside. Wonderful staff. Great coffee and pastry shop a half a block away. Central to restaurants, shopping and the main square. Hard to beat for price.

Clean. Location cannot be beaten. Friendly hotel staff.

Shower is lacking water power. It was literally dripping.

Loved it. Very clean, hardwood floors so no carpet to trap dirt & oders, very good hot water & pressure with rainfall showerhead & hand-held option. Waste basket in room as well as bathroom. Very comfy bed. Reception staff very helpful. Super close to everything in old town. It is a little hike to get to uphill over cobblestone streets with no automobile / taxi service, but not too bad unless you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel was lovely. The night club La Luna outside my window was very loud at 5 AM on Jan 6. People were celebrating the holiday... Had to use earplugs to get back to sleep.

Perfect location. 5 min to cathedral 15 min to alcázar and 3 min to Roman aqueduct. On main shopping and eating street. Breakfast was perfect.

Getting in and out of old Segovia is a challenge. We had a small SUV and I would not have wanted anything bigger.

No access by car (fine for us, we could park outside old town and walk)

Perfect location, between aqueduct and alcazar, rooms are very comfortable, all we need for our stay.

Clean & modern

We were offered the opportunity to upgrade our room to an apartment that was lovely and spacious. However, we were never told that housekeeping was not included.

The front receptionists weren’t that friendly, when we checked out she just said “Check Out? Ok.” Rude. Didn’t ask how our stay was, for a 4 star hotel one would expect nicer customer service. Didn’t ask if we needed a taxi or help getting anywhere. We arrived 2-hours before check-in and we were able to get onto our room early. Either way the ladies weren’t friendly either.

Very well situated, clean and comfortable

There is too much noise in the park which is right below our room's window. People were drinking in the street till 3AM.

It was a very short walk from where taxis have to drop off people in the Historic area, not a problem at all!

The Front Desk person was not very friendly but everyone else was very warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Great location right near all historic sites. Staff was helpful and kind.

Driving and finding the hotel was very tough. Finding where to park our car to have it taken to the hotel parking was also stressful.

Located close to the cathedral- on the main shopping drag. The view out the windows was delightful- sunsets were lovely. Spacious - large bathrooms with 2 sinks. Very comfortable.

Beautiful place, great location.

For the "4 star" designation, the rooms are very small and beds are not comfortable. The AC unit was also finicky (shutting off for no reason), which disturbed our sleep.

When we were finished with their modest breakfast a staffer advised us we could order eggs. Hardly the time to advise us that we could do that. This is an expensive hotel, a reasonable breakfast is the be expected at these rates

Location was perfect, roof top terrace, yummy coffee aim roof top, use of Gym next door. Ease of finding hotel and parking

very good location，romantic history， friendly front desk and very helpful. they always respond my message quickly.

The facilities are rather old, and there's no refrigerator in the room. The parking lot isn't in the same area as the hotel, which causes some inconvenience, especially when leaving early in the morning, as I had to drag my heavy luggage for a long time.
