The room was bigger than I expected, staff were super friendly, and the ancient Roman bath/spa was very unique. The restaurant was amazing too. The bathroom were impeccably clean. Amazing value for the price, especially given the location!

The spa’s warm pool could have been warmer. I was expecting a hot soak, it was lukewarm at best

I like the hotel decore, the people, the location, the cleanliness and the beds.

Breakfast was not good and there were some a lot of stairs for my grandma to climb

I had to change my booking and they gladly gave me the low rate and upgraded my room despite not having a reservation. It's an excellent location just off the Plaza Mayor.

Awesome Experience! This hotel was located right off Plaza Mayor, location right in the middle of the old city with same distance to Roman Aqueduct and Alcazar Castle. Easily walkable distances. Very convenient, 1 block, for awesome meals or a Cathedral Visit. Daniel was awesome! He answered everyone of our questions! Our balcony rooms were very comfortable!

Only little thing was to get to the room, we had to carry our suitcases up several stairs. We did it though! Highly recommend this hotel!

The only reason I didn't go full "10" is WE didn't get to take advantage of all the facilities and opportunities at Mudéjar.

This location is perfect! Central and only about 100’ from the beautiful cathedral! Our room was excellent with a window to let in the air. The bathroom was large and clean. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Stay at least two nights to experience the narrow winding streets, delicious food, and historical places. It was amazing!

It is an old building, expect to hear your neighbors (the people in the room over us came in the room late and woke us up just by walking around and dropping things on the floor)... We could also hear the people on the neighbor room...

The location is fabulous in Old Town. Even though you are in the middle of it all, the hotel is quiet and sleep was great! All 4 of the staff we dealt with were fabulous

It’s a beautiful hotel that is reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film, clean meticulous, and beautiful in every way. The staff are extremely kind, the spa was in a cave, clean, and relaxing. They also have a great restaurant in the hotel.

The rooms were neat, well taken care of, and had a wonderful view of the street below through balconies.

This is a brilliantly located quaint hotel. Not modern but very comfortable and with really excellent staff. Our room had no real view but with the hotel being only 15 paces from the Plaza Mayor that did not matter.. Given its proximity to the main streets it was very quiet and sleeping was no problem. There is a restaurant that we did not try but the facility is there.if you want it. We used their valet parking service which was excellent. The room was spacious clean and comfortable with lift access to the upper floors. Given its location it was very good value for money.

The location could not have been better. Adjacent to the Plaza Mayor with all main attractions withoin walking distance. Hotel is lovely and quaint, in a historic building. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area.
