Workout room was a joke and the WiFi was spotty at best.

At the heart of the city..V well connected and lively

They do it have any food or breakfast options for the vegetarian. Not even veg sandwich or salad. No room service even for tea and coffee.

Location right next to the Aqueduct for Three Kings Eve was incredible. We had two separate rooms for the 6 of us, with the three young adults each with their own bed and then a king and single for my spouse and myself and our young teenager. Clean and good service, right next to the bus stop that takes you to the train.

Location, location, location. Although the room with the view it’s sideways, waking up to such a majestic view of the aqueduct is really special, and starting and ending your day at this location, definitely, will imprint beautiful memories.One happy surprise was the breakfast, with a good mix of traditional Spanish food with the English classics, so I do recommend that if you not in the mood for browsing for a restaurant.

Young man at the front desk was very professional and had good tips of restaurants. He checked us in, told us about the bus to the station...he was spot on. Visit after the summer as can't imagine how busy this beautiful place is. One of our fav stop in Spain.

Except tons of people at the castle, so go at 9am before busses come

The location is unbeatable and the view from the suite is amazing, right on the aqueduct. The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The churros were cold at breakfast.

I loved our room it was a king bed that we enjoyed and the view from our room was amazing to see the aquaduct scenery just beautiful!

Fantastic location, great service, large room with a view. Right across from where the bus drops you off after arriving by train. View of the aqueduct. Easy walk to all the sites including the cathedral and alcazar. The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful.

A basic hotel which is all I needed for a one night stay. Right by a bus stop which made transportation to and from the train station very easy.

the location was perfect, right in the entrance to the pedestrian Old town but still could get taxi to pick up in front of hotel. the A/C worked relly well and being a really hot day it was really nice. When we arrived the room A/C was already on so we could rest without having to wait for room to cool. That was really appreciated! The front desk attendant helped us with getting a taxi and advice us on other questions, she was very helpful.

the room's window overlooked the back street and even thou the room was on a 3rd? floor the window was street level to the street. We had to keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy.

Perfect location. We had a view of the Viaduct and an easy walk to the center of town. Planty of cafes and restaurants. Short to medium walk to the Cathedral and Castle. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Car parking available.

Great place. Location is great, next to everything in Segovia. Walking distance and places to eat. Buffet breakfast is great also.
