The property was in an excellent location

The hotel needs updated and the buffet breakfast was a bit poor for the current standards .

Parking was onsite. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very nice and helpful. Not as close to the aqueduct as we had hoped, but withing walking distance. Because we had a car it was easy to get to the The room very large and comfortable.

Hotel is located very near to Acueducto and many restaurants. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean with modern look and amenities.

Parking on the street is painful as you will have to park across the street.

The Hotel is in a very good location. You get down from the bus after the Guiomar Station, and is just across the street. The stop is Avenida del Acuaducto. The staff is very courteous. In Segovia I discovered that cars still stop for pedestrian, even though is not your turn.

I like everything, next time I will eat there.

Beatrice at the breakfast buffet was so polite and kind. Her smile and good morning and service was excellent. Fathi from housekeeping was amazing.. she cleaned our room so well and gave us all amenities. Overall a lovely hotel in Segovia.

I had a group of 11 bikers with 11 touring motorcycles. Underground parking was provided and we managed to fit into 3 adjacent parking spaces which was very good. We ate in their restaurant on the ground floor, good rather than exceptional.Great location as the spectacular viaduct is less than 10 minutes walk, with bars and cafes on the side walks. Recommended and we would use it again.

Location - especially being able to park car there and be within walking distance of all major sights in the area. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast. Room was quiet.

Paper thin walls. Can hear both sides even when they’re talking. Advertised as four star. Certainly not four star. Hot breakfast wasn’t. Couldn’t eat it and left it.

My adult son and I choose this hotel for its parking (our rental car) and for its proximity to Old Town. Our twin room was very spacious and quiet. It was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and it was about a 4 block walk into Old Town. We even managed to walk UP the hill to visit the Alcazar from this hotel and it took about 20 minutes. Very convenient. We would stay here again.

Well situated and only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Segovia.Nice breakfast, room fine.

Booked sauna, but had to turn it on ourselves.No shower gel provided there or shower curtain.Gym was tired and some equipment not working.Surpringly for a four star hotel no tea/coffee facilities, or a hook in the en suite to hang towels.

Location is great and very well connected with the bus to train station

Nice and clean room to sleep. Staff was nice. We drove a car, and they had an underground parking (extra fee) which was nice, and it is right on the main road. Short 10-minute walk to the center of Segovia.

Great hotel located close to both the city centre and the edge of town! The famous viaduct is only a 10 minute walk through the heart of the town.

I rate this a 10 because the value for the money was wonderful. Location is great and the staff was very friendly. On top of the beds were comfy and the shower was lovely. All of that for one of the cheapest hotels in the area puts this at a 10.

Only because I feel like i have to mention it, the facade looks a bit old.

The staff were all so very helpful. Our room was spotless and very quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was very good

Parking is a bit tight but then it is in most Spanish hotels.

No tea or coffee making facilities, restaurant only open at weekends. Car park height restrictive for entry and exit. Roof box on carolla about 2 cm clearance
