    Pros +

    • Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. They paid attention to details such as coffee, slippers, a bottle of water and more in order to make our stay more comfortable.
    • We were moved to the junior executive room. It was very spacious and private, since it was the only room on that floor. We loved the big bath tub for our sore legs. The bed was very comfortable, the en-suite coffee and beverages were great.
    • Proximty to aqueduct and cathedral. Everything is within walking distance.

    Cons -

    • No. The hotel was really lovely.
    • We could hear a loud group come home at midnight even though we were on our own floor. There also is no door (just curtains) to the shower area which might not work for some people.
    • Front desk not very helpful or friendly. He did not assist in parking, and thus we had to drive around for over 20 minutes. He placed us in room 109. Very noisy, next to elevator. We were unable to sleep all night. Parking is 20E/day. Hotel 2 Stars

The spacious room was wondering and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel! We traveled with our two kids and loved the layout - our rooms were in a separate spot which felt very private. The rooms were big, spacious, and very comfortable. For the price we paid, the value is unbeatable. Also, don't miss the breakfast; it was super! 10/10.

    God location, cozy and clean

    Not so functional bathroom

    8JimPosted on: 11-10-2025

This is a very attractive hotel not far from the famous aqueduct and the (small) old town. Public parking was nearby. Our room was large and comfortable if a bit odd (see below). Breakfast was fine.

Our room had two flat divans in addition to the large and comfortable bed. But no chairs. And very poor lighting. And the bartender was apparently very unhappy in his job!

The hotel is really a great place to explore this beautiful city, the rooms are amazing and very big, the staff is really friendly, breakfast was amazing, so we will def. come back.

The location is perfect to explore in any direction desired, fromcathedrals, castles, restaurants andshops. The welcoming staff, made ourvisit unforgettable!

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable and the location is very good

The bathroom could be better equipped with disposable toiletries and bathrobes for example. The bedroom coffee area could have some nuts, crisps, chocolate

This place was gorgeous! And everything about our room was perfect. They didn't just provide a fridge, but a bottle of cold water in it. And the conditioner was actually conditioner, not watered-down something resembling it. They even provided a flatiron along with the blowdryer. View from our deck was lovely, shower was good and hot, and the place was located far enough away from the craziness of the area around the aqueduct to be quiet, but still an easy walk to get there as well as the Alcazar. Oh - and each guest is given a voucher for a free drink and hotel's quiet little bar.

    NOTHING!!

Excellent accommodation with plenty of room for 3 adults. Beds were quite comfortable and the staff was amazing. Also, great location-within steps of the aqueduct but quiet at night.

Only stayed one night on an overnight trip from Madrid. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c was easy to control, and a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was especially helpful. Easy walk to the Aqueduct, a little too far for us to walk to the Alcazar. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay.

As others have mentioned in reviews, noise from adjoining rooms can be a problem. We called the front desk about some unusually loud neighbors, the front desk called the room and the issue was resolved. We stayed on a Friday night and did not hear any noise from the street in Room 203.

    10NicholasPosted on: 8-27-2025

It was a lively studio for two, the staff were very friendly, and it was 200 meters from the main attraction, the aqueduct.

This hotel was totally beautiful. Everything was super clean and well designed. The room was bright and airy, with a huge bathroom full of all the amenities you could need and more! Ive never stayed in a place that came with a hair straightener! There was the nicest little bar and courtyard where they serve a fantastic breakfast. The location was also perfect, super close to the Aqua Duct and Cathedral, as well as many great bars and restaurants.

My only negative thing to say would be the beds. They could be slightly more comfortable had they opted for a double or queen rather than two single beds.

    Location

We booked a hotel with AC, it was our number one criteria due to the weather during summer time in town, an average of 100 Fahrenheit degrees (40 Celsius) so imaging sleeping in a room where the AC supposedly wasn’t working! It was a nightmare! We couldn’t sleep at all! The staff brought us a fan! We paid for AC no for a fan.

Staff was unbelievably friendly and available to answer any questions. On a side note; my wife and I also like to add a fun request to our stays. For this stay our request was for a picture of Henry Cavill and a box of chocolates on the night stand. We booked this trip 7 months in advance and forgot about it and were laughing when we saw gorgeous Henry staring right back at us when we entered the room. Also a handwritten note from the staff about our request. I like to think the staff enjoyed the request more than we did :)

    Everything was great!

The property, staff, and location were all great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Segovia and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking is a bit annoying as you have street parking and have to keep track of when it expires. The wifi was horrible (basically unusable). The room (207) was far too hot and the AC couldn't keep up but this could have been due to it basically being the attic and there being a heatwave.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, convenient breakfast and clear instructions for parking.

Room required to take some stairs which was not convenient to move luggage, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room.
