Central location right on Plaza Mayor and next to Cathedral.

Difficult to find right route to hotel for car access.

Excellent location right in the centre by the cathedral and valet parking was very welcome. Room was nicely decorated / refreshed.

Welcome was a little surly. No communal areas and the rest of the hotel seemed to be waiting a makeover but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate rather than inspiring or delicious.

The hotels location was perfect for exploring Segovia, right in Plaza Mayor. The room was of a good size and was well equipped.Azucena on reception was warm and welcoming upon arrival and couldn’t have helped us more upon departure. She ordered a taxi for us which didn’t arrive and we were worried about missing our train back to Madrid. She arranged for her colleague, Juan, to drive up us to the station himself meaning self. Such personal service is above and beyond the norm and we were so grateful!

It should be noted that the hotel doesn’t have many facilities (bar, restaurant, small breakfast area) but I am not sure they would be used if they were available, given the hotel’s position next to bars and restaurants. It was not an issue for us.The bathroom was old fashioned but very clean and totally functional.

We had a lovely spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and it was a nice touch to leave water for us

Bathroom was a bit “tired” looking and the hairdryer was useless

Many tourists will choose Segovia as a day trip from Madrid. They start in the morning and return to Madrid in the evening. However, I suggest staying here. There are many beautiful scenes that make me reluctant to leave. And I prefer to stay at Infanta Isabel (the first photo shows the view outside the hotel window). Whether it's the facilities, the location, or the staff (Vanesa, thank you and I will always remember you), everything here makes me feel happy, safe and content.

Perfectly located on the square and close to the famous roast lamb restaurant 'Jose Maria '. Within a reasonable walking distance from the Alcazar and the Acuaduct. My room was across the street from where Isabel was crowned queen of Castilla

That they change my room, I wanted with a view and at the end they said it wasn’t available when I already payed for it

Centrally placed for the Cathedral and walk to Alcazar. Enjoyable breakfast. Helpful staff at breakfast and front desk.

Dated fittings, crooked ceiling light, no safe, bidet unusable due to closeness to wall. Shower over bath dated and not easy to climb in and out

The room is on the small side but this is what you would expect in a period property centrally located.

We really love the location as it’s right in the plaza and next to the cathedral. It’s in the center of everything. We love love love Segovia!

there's very little soundproofing which means you can hear people talking, snoring in the next room. bring earplugs if you're noise sensitive.

The room was a bit small but did not detract from a most enjoyable stay
