Pros +
- The location overlooking the monuments were truly breathtaking. We were given room 201 and as a budget last minute trip, this hotel absolutely exceeded all of our expectations, from the balcony, to the spacious room and the friendly staff. The 10euro buffet breakfast was such a nice welcomed surprise as well!
- Perfect location, very nice decor and beautiful view from the room.
- Quick, efficient check-in. Front desk person was excellent. Got a high floor. View of the aqueduct is unparalleled.
Cons -
- As we drove over from France, we struggled to find parking as the property didn't have any parking. I don't speak Spanish so I parked on an adjacent road that didn't have any signs that were super visible and ended up getting a fine. After some searching, I found the pay station and the very cheap cost furthered my frustration with the parking situation.
- We booked a room on the newly renovated floor. The room itself was very nice, but when we went to take a shower, we discovered there was no hot water. The receptionist (who didn’t speak English and was working alone during a busy shift) just vanished without offering any solution, leaving us stuck at 21:00 with no help.We asked to switch rooms, but there were no suitable alternatives. In the end, we had to use an old room just to take a shower and then return to our original room. The whole situation wasted our entire evening, and the hotel didn’t offer any refund.
- Our room was on the 5th floor which is the same floor as the hotel’s rooftop bar. The music and chatter from the bar could be heard in the room. And as the patrons were waiting for the elevator to leave the bar we could hear them. Plus we could hear staff cleaning up in the hallway the time the bar was open and after it closed. Unfortunately we didn’t get much sleep. Putting guests in the same floor as nighttime bar is a horrible idea.

Clean, spacious, great location with view of historic Roman aqueduct.

Location, facilities, view of the Aquaduct from the balcony.
The shower was very nice but they only offer gel/shampoo. No conditioner: (It is such a small thing to offer. Makes them look cheap.
The location to the aqueduct was about 2 city blocks away. The bus to the train station was across the road. The bus station was maybe 15 minutes away, but the pedestrian street makes it easy.
The walls are pretty thin. Nice reception person.
The location is great. Right next to the entrance of old down. And car park is steps away from the hotel. Staffs are really nice.
We had the first floor rooms but they were actually in the basement. Cars were driving pass our windows all night long. Our rooms were next to the trash collection station, trash collection truck came to collect the trash in early morning. The staff opened the door connected to the trash collection station and it was very smelly. Also the soundproof was bad, we can hear snores came from our next rooms
The location is great, can access anywhere in old town, the facilities of room is good and sleep well.
The staff make mistakes to give me a double premium room to me, but it is unbearable for us, there are not other guests around me, I never give any pressure for the staff, he / she just do her own job, but still cause me to change the room on the next day, waste my time and effort to communicate with the next staff for this issue.
Location
Air conditioner did not work. They gave us fans, but it only moved around hot air. In the morning, we found bedbugs on the sheets. They breakfast seemed OK for 10€, but yogurt, and milk was at room temp. The watermelon pieces also did not taste freshly cut. Maybe day old watermelon don't know for sure something was off about it. Also no available ice machine, and was told that this is common in spain. Well I am tranversing the country and have found that it's more uncommon not to provide ice through out your stay. Overall I was disappointed did not seem like complaining would solve anything since it was a one night stay. Thanks I have always liked Segovia.
A great location only a few steps away from aquaduct and the main part of town. Also various eating places and car parking directly outside the hotel.
The facilities could be better especially some hot water so one can make some coffee or noodles in the room.
Everything was great and the rooftop bar was incredible ?
How the twin beds were put together to make a king size bed but they kept separating with any movement.
Good location, and Felipe is awesome! Rooftop bar is also super fun to look at the aquaducts at night.
The doors to the rooms are a little thin so if someone is talking down the hall you definitely hear it.
Facilities are perfect. location is magnifique. the stuff was so attentive.
Great location, especially when one uses the 11 bus to and from the train station.
I found the bed rather hard, and the walls thin. I wanted to enjoy their restaurant, but it was too cold. All in all, too expensive for what you got.
We had a room with a terrace overlooking the aqueduct. It had just been refurbished and everything was new. We had a slight problem with the TV but that was soon sorted out. The buffet restaurant was plentiful with fresh eggs cooked to your liking. The location was excellent just next to the aqueduct and near lots of lively tapas bars and restaurants.
Nothing to dislike.
The hotel is in a 60s tower block that needs a refit and the kids coming out of the disco over the road in the early hours make a racket....you were young once remember. But•The view from our room on the 10th floor was great - ditto the restaurant.•Location was excellent.•Staff were friendly.•Parking was free and convenient.•It was not expensive. We will be staying again when we go back to Porto.
The location, the balcony with the view, and it was clean. The staff were helpful booking taxis for us
The noise from other rooms, uncomfortable beds, too hot
Location was excellent, helpful staff, room was good, great value.
No in-room coffee, on site cafeteria not open till 8am
Location bang in the centre My superior room with sun terrace and amazing view over the aqueduct Breakfast Complimentary mini bottle of cava and water
Nothing really
We had a balcony view at the front and could see the Acueducto
quality of breakfast was below average
