Our room was beautiful. The location was great¿very central. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were helpful.

Everything,- quiet, charming, great location. Helpfu staff. Would stay here again if we come back to Segovia. Will tell our friends about it.

The staff was exceptionally helpful - we arrived extremely late, and I had to park the car in the garage by myself. One of the staff (unasked) came down to the garage to help me find the way back to the main floor, which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable amenity-wise, and the bed was also very comfortable. The shower was great. The breakfast was exceptional in terms of both variety/selection and quality, and the coffee was very good. The historic building is beautiful, and the location is great.

The hotel was too warm for me and didn't have a fan setting on the air that we could use to circulate air. I could open the door but didn't want to leave it open all night for safety.

That the SPA didnt have space available and needs to be cozier and the breakfast was already closing the curtains while we were finishing eating.

Building, room and staff were terrific

Architecturally attractive. Easy location for enjoying Segovia. Large and comfortable room.

Staff ignores guests coming and going. No greetings, no hospitality. The bar area is often unstaffed and, again, not welcoming. The design of the shower/tub is insane…impossible to reach the faucets without getting soaked. No indication as to which control handles which spray or tub. No means to adjust temperature ahead of time. Deep tub with not safety hand bars. Honestly, somebody will get badly hurt by this diabolical flaw.

It was a little bit pricey for a place like Segovia. Not sure if the long weekend due to a holiday had something to do with the price, we are foreigners and were not aware of the holiday.

Location, facilities, cleanliness

The building itself is amazing. The room was very large and comfortable. The location is great with convenient parking before and a 5 minute walk to plaza Mayor

The layout can come across as with confusing at first but believe me it is easy to navigate

Excellent location—quiet, away from the crowds, but close to everything. Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, spotlessly clean, historic building. Also, the cafeteria exceeds expectations.

The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. The building was beautiful.

We stayed in the beginning of October and wanted to use the air conditioner because it was in the high 70's and a little warm in our room. The air conditioning didn't work, and we were told that as of October 1st, they shut off the air conditioning for the winter season. When we rented the room, we were never told this and assumed we were paying to have air conditioning. We were told to open the windows. However, when we did, we heard a lot of noise from the people sitting outside of their room on the floor below, car noise, and dogs barking, which kept waking us up at night.

Beautiful location with awesome views. On a quiet street minutes to Plaza Mayor. Parking garage beside the hotel. Seems this place checks all the boxes.
