- Large, clean comfortable room. Although the hotel is on the main road through the village, the rooms face the rear, so it's not noisy. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The staff were very friendly and did their best to deal with our lack of Spanish.

- it’s was a very warm welcome and comfortable established Hotel which locals seem to visit. Friendly and helpful staff we muddled through with translation but very helpful. The location is great being close to Santander and there are great walks nearby from the Hotel.

- We are used to earlier meal times so had to get used to Spanish meal times.

Cant fault it.
We were travelling by motorcycle and the nice girl who greeted us let us park in a safe place in the garden which we appreciated. Breakfast was good. The garden was very pretty and drinks were good value. They do a lunch menu of the day until 16:00 which was popular , but as we went out walking we ate from the standard menu at night. It was very clean everywhere and staff were friendly and helpful considering we do not speak Spanish.
Comfortable bed. had a balcony, nice shower, receptionist was friendly. Had an elevator.
The breakfast was very poor. Only choice was meat, toast or croissant, orange juice/coffee, biscuit and a piece of cake! They didn’t even have any kind of cereal. The toast tasted like it was toasted on a meat griddle.. The bedroom had a nice balcony but it was on a very busy road, very noisy even at night.We paid €65 a night for a noisy room and no proper breakfast… very poor!
The staff was absolutely friendly and we enjoyed a fine dinner in their restaurant.
