Disappointing ! Would never book a hotel without telling them we had a dog!

We booked for 70 euro for the night plus 20 for the dog - 90 euros which we paid prior to arrival. The hotel tgen charged another 20 euro for the dog and would not accept we had booked for the fog despite them confirming this to us after we booked ! 20 euro refund required please.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful hosts. Used as a stopover before catching ferry from Santander and served it's purpose well. Would use again.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room, host made us coffee when we arrived which was gratefully received after a long drive but I like a cup just before bed as well.Roads to and around hotel are very very narrow especially if you happen to miss a turning ..... I did and in some places it would be impossible to open either door .... but manageable with care.

the location was amazing and hotel was full of interesting art and design features.Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

•Everything looked great, however practically the bathroom in our room turned out to be quite a challenge with essentially no door or ventilation. •The reception service was somewhat lackluster and uninformative. •15 euros a night for my dog seems pretty steep!

The beds were comfortable. Christina was very helpful and friendly. Peaceful surroundings. Good for walking or cycling.

The man on reception was not very friendly or helpful. The wi-fi, once we were given the correct information turned out to be inconsistent. Dropping out on numerous occasions. The situation is quiet but would have preferred to be nearer restaurants etc. as there were no facilities on site. We thought the breakfast was expensive at 9 euros for what we had.

We were traveling with our two pet dogs cocker spaniels and the location was ideal

Everything about the property was excellent.

No coffee or tea making facilities making a 3k journey into town essential for even basic sustenance. Cyclists should reserve a bit of energy for this.
