- Rooms and furniture are a little tired and could be updated, however the price reflects this. The rubbish bins could have been emptied around the site.

Convenient for the motorway Quiet, spacious roomPlenty of parking Self service cafeteria and shopFuel also
The location was excellent for travelling to the Bilbao ferry and very dog friendly. The staff were helpful and the bedding and towels were clean.

We were offered an upgrade in the 4* building which was an excellent recommendation and cost was worth. The view to the vineyards was wonderful. The original booking on the 2* building is not recommended.
The only disappointment was that they only provide a bottle of water for stay. For a 4* hotel this was very disappointing. Also, although not a breaker, the hotel is located 4km outside town. You need a car to move.
Excellent location, good food in cafeteria and room basic but spotlessly clean. Ideal stop over driving from Santander to Almería.
Wi-Fi intermittent and air conditioning unit didn’t work therefore very warm in room.
Love the breakfast, and the lobby is gorgeous. Dogs being able to stay is the best!
good size bedroom and bathroom, friendly english speaking reception,
TV too small, the room is advertised as single room air condition , this is not correct, it is centrally controlled with a control unit stuck on the bedroom wall which allows you to turn it on or off, or supposedly temp up or down, this has limited affect and in the room i used number 328 (this is the disabled room)no heat ,as i suppose the heat is already used up on other rooms, the thin duvet and blanket did nothing to keep you warm , this is a cold area of Spain in the night time .For me the location is good and the room in general are very good and i will stop here again but in a different room even if it means i cannot shower because of my disability
Breakfast excellent, ina particularly impressive hallDinner on site eas really good, and good value
Bathroom looking a bit "tired"
This is the third time we have stayed the night here, on our way to the ferry at Santander. The hotel is conveniently placed near the motorway and so easy to find. We have a basic room in the new part of the hotel where you can park right by your door. The room has plenty of space, comfy bed and a large ensuite. Nice and quiet. A buffet breakfast in the morning is served in the main hotel in a lovely room . there is such a large variety of breakfast foods, you are spoiled for choice. We always enjoy our stay here, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and a great price too.
Everything was Great
I can fully understand the great reviews for this hotel and well justified too.We have just stayed over here and the staff are so nice. It is also very dog friendly and the rooms are great too.Although we never used the restaurant it certainly looked good as did the cafeteria. There is a nice little shop, also dog friendly and fuel station on site, and in fact an area fenced in for your dog.We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.Thank you for our lovely stay ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Stayed many times before as it is convenient, is easy to park and has good eating facilities
Restaraunt evening meal
Breakfast little chioce, tasteless food
I got bitten twice in the night by bed bugs. Dreadful odor in the room- I was forced to open the window. Shower head didn’t stay put so I had to shower with the head in my hand! Great location . Shame that no one is checking the quality of the rooms!
Breakfast was ok, location good for our onward journey
Breakfast could have been better, not sure why we couldn’t help ourself to coffee, instead of asking at a bar for it
A good old travel lodge in motorway services. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was good nice selection, Barista coffee ?
Cold no heat in the bathroom, a portable heater did supplement heating, everything was outside, not great when it was snowing ?
Reception area is exceptional. Breakfast really good, and room was also good. Did not use restaurant.
Everything was good.
Basic room, but a superb building and atmosphere
Main Restaurant was a little below expectations on both Cost, Quality & Service, Good, but not Great
