Position in city centre,Excellent recommendation for supper by man on the reception desk
Bathroom was very small
Absolute disaster
Very noisy and tiny rooms, bathrooms are a disaster and the breakfast has only boiled eggs and toast with coffee.
Comfortable room with lots of light and good ventilation. Helpful staff. Elevator.
No AC. It wasn’t necessary when I was there. No fridge in room. No cups nor hairdryer. Breakfast was basically packaged goods and coffee machine and was not included and overpriced.
Staff very nice. And polite location exelent
Beds. Are. Garbage need. New. Bed. All the. Way. Bab maintenance shower dot have holders for shampo or anything inside Thanks to the staff people we get other room. With bedd. A little better. ( was. Hard like sleeping in the floor ).
Well maintained rooms. Decorative antique items in public areas. Front Office staff
The breakfast should have been more personal.
The room was clean and met our general expectations. The staff was friendly, and a curious antique decoration made it unique. The location is nice, although there are street works, and you can't park there.
The pillow was too small/soft and I woke up with high pain in my neck. I didn't ask for another pillow, as it was only 1 night and the "damage" was already done. Maybe they have more options...Also, the breakfast is pretty basic, with only a few options of low-quality produce (like juice, jam, cheese).
Central location.
Area seemed a little run down. No restaurant.Parking was 250 metres away and cost. Breakfast a bit disappointing
Location, reception and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful
Beds too small, I'm 1.90cm... internet not working on higher floors... stayed on 3rd floor... breakfast quality poor...
It was very clean and staff very friendly
I was expecting airco since it was summer and it was very hot outside. They only had a fan and I did not noticed that before making the booking of the room. Maybe it was mentioned but probably not clear enough since I didn’t noticed until I was at the property.
Continental breakfast ok.. Lounge was fantastic so was all the woodwork and the tiles on the ceilings.
Modernization of bathroom.inner courtyard full of rubbish and not a pleasant small garden?? No air-conditioning
The personnel attention and helpfulness was very good. The location was very centric to the town center. The decorations, furniture and paintings were homely and of good quality.
The beds, they were too hard and uncomfortable The climatization, it was too hot and not AC, only a fan that moved the hot air, if you opened the window there was too much noise from the street to sleep. The lack of sound insulation, between the exterior, the rooms and the hall, you heard almost everything happening in other sitesFor breakfast the beverages were watered down on the coffee machine, two types of fruit and little variety, even for a continental breakfast. The electric plugs were badly situated, only one next to the bed for both sides, and the bed header didn't allow the normal phone chargers to enter the free space, so we had to charge the phones by turns on the entrance door.
Breakfast was fair. Coffee machine, toaster. Boiled eggs and pastries plain yoghurts. The location was central and the car parking quite close and worked well. The staff were very pleasant. The young women recommended a restaurant for tapas or lamb, we had tapas which were the best I’ve had. Also, as it was hot offered to change our room as it sis not have a ceiling fan. We were too tired to consider this. However she did bring a free standing fan.
Bed was ok, and there was a top sheet which I appreciated. Only one thin pillow though. The bathroom was small, with the tiniest shower ever. The shower head was fixed and very high. The room was noisy as we had to leave the window open. No ceiling fan or aircon. No bottles of water in room.
Good for a stopover. Walked into the centre and had a look at the underground wine caves then had tapas in one of the many bars/restaurants.
Bathroom was small.
Great little hotel, receptionists recommendation for a restaurant was also brilliant - underground car park 2 minute walk away, cost about £10 for the night but saved a lot of hassle trying to find a space.
Great location. Really clean rooms and very attentive and helpful staff
The location was excellent and the staff very helpful
The blind and curtain in the bedroom were not effective in cutting out lights from the street
I liked that there was a sponge bath. They had a fan but it wasn't strong enough.
TV size. It's in a great location but it's too expensive.Beds were not so comfy.
