    • the hotel was lovely My 84 year old Dad has Alzheimer's, but had no problem find the room, & as I am disabled the accommodation was perfect, & my little rescue Bulldog loved her stay as well!
    • Starting our trip learning and knowing more of Spain’s wineries, you sleep within grapes and nature. Bit old and outdated, still very clean and shiny all over. Took the tour with Javier, a scholar and a gentleman, from A-Z with plenty of time to exchange notes and taste several homemade. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Just 10min driving form Aranda’s Center for additional Bodegas, food and Church’s visits.
    • Lovely, newer hotel located at a winery. We used it for our last night before flying out of Madrid, 90 minutes away by car. Clean, comfortable, friendly. We did their winery tour and tasting and had a great last evening. Nice restaurant on premises.

    Cons -

    • even though my booking was correct when we arrived at the Hotel we were told your Company had actually book the wrong day, luckily for us they had a room available, & did not charge us again, the booking was for a disabled woman, & an 84 year old man
    • Strong smell of CO2 at facility, no need of air conditioning, wide open windows and great weather for sleep.
    • Not being able to stay longer!

Very peaceful location, we loved walking around the Vinyard, the staff was so friendly. The restaurant onsite was very convenient. A short drive to town, Arden De Duero, was also very nice.

Not being able to stay longer!

Is a beautiful hotel in a winery. The location, the cleanliness, the good and the staffEverything wonderful We had the opportunity to go through the winery in a tour with one of the owners and it was a beautiful experience

We stayed for one night after landing in Madrid and on our way to stay in LaGuardia. This property is out of a fairy tale. Staying here feels like you are in a castle. The staff are friendly and the restaurant was very good for supper. The breakfast was ample with many choices including great coffees. Their wines are top notch!

The excursion to the winery was very interesting. We are wine lovers and know already a lot about wine producing. But - as we found out - not that much. Carlos is a very professional, enthusiastic guide. Thank you very much, Carlos!

The room was too hot and difficult to cool down. We ended up sleeping with the door open and the shutters half open. The shower had mould in it :(

I wanted something 'a little special' to finish off my stay in Spain on the way back to my ferry departing from Bilbao.I got it. The building was all I expected. Opulant . . . . . Palacial.

Confusion at reception on checking in. I'd made a 'special request' for "Twin Beds" in a "Superior Double Room" which had been acknowledged. This wasn't shown at reception, whereby we were offered a 'double bed', in an 'ordinary' room. (A somewhat inauspicious and disappointing start !) I will add that the bed situation was resolved. You will see that I marked the staff 'down'. Perhaps that wasn't fair, as in essence 95% were really nice and helpful. There was however, one 'surly' waiter (at breakfast), to whom the clients seemed almost an inconvenience.Hot food wasn't kept hot - it was taken away and reheated ! Standard of 'hot' food .. . . . poor.Continental . . . . . Good.I found the same at dinner the previous evening. On pointing out that the food was merely 'warm', it was taken away and reheated (Hors d'oeuvres AND Main). AND !!!!!!What is the point of offering white wine on a wine menu, then telling one that they don't do white wine. Particularly, as I'd ordered a fish starter and main ! It might ? just have been in the explanation, but there certainly wasn't any white wine. Disappointing.

Very clean room and very comfortable room. Attractive large traditional country hotel.

Poor breakfast, disappointing. Coffee machine was not intuitive, and coffee produced was poor. Unhelpful waiting staff at breakfast

A beautiful place with spectacular views. everything was perfect in our stay, the room, the food, the drinks. The great kindness of Javier and Yolanda. Ask for the tour!!A perfect place to rest. We were glad to stay there. Thanks!!!

Rural location with plenty of free parking and space for our vehicle with bike rack. Although it’s just off the main route network you cannot hear road noise in the hotel room. We were given a free upgrade without asking for one. It has its own Bodega and an excellent selection of high quality wines that can be purchased. Lovely welcome at reception when we arrived.

This was our second visit. In comparison to the first we did not enjoy the evening meal. Service was good but the quality and presentation was poor. Breakfast was not a good experience at all! When we arrived the dining area had obviously been very busy! Tables were covered in dirty used plates etc and there were no clean tables available. The lovely waitress cleared a table for us but we were the only people in the room left to eat our breakfast whilst surrounded by uncleared tables. The range of foods available was poor, nothing like our first experience. All in all simply not good enough!

Great place to stop over en route to the South

Someone drove into my car door! Only one pillow each

    10CarolPosted on: 11-11-2024

Beautiful surroundings plenty of car parking some of which is under a canopy. Quiet location just off the motorway and perfect for an overnight stop before heading to Santander ferry

The food was a little overpriced and not the best quality. We both had steak for our evening meal and found it tough and fatty. The continental breakfast was adequate and plenty of lovely coffee available.

    10CoffeyPosted on: 11-10-2024

This is exceptional as it is on a par with paradors we have stayed in with the added attraction of vineyards and bodega

,The food at dinner was good but not up to the standard of everything else Of course it was low season and very few diners The wine of course was great!

    8SuePosted on: 10-31-2024

Beautiful building with surrounding vineyards. Staff were really professional & friendly.

A little isolated from the main town.

    9JanisPosted on: 10-29-2024

Torremilanos Hotel is a beautifully decorated grand vineyard hotel. The view of the vineyards and gardens from our room was stunning. The king bed was super comfortable. They offer a great wine tour of the organic vineyard that you should not miss. Carlos, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and offered many interesting details about the vineyards, cooperage and the winery. The breakfast included was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very kind and helpful.

    Everything was good.
