Excellent customer service, breakfast, dinner and spa. The room was spacious clean and had a great view.

The Aircon was a bit noisy and old.

Nice & clean with quiet location close to the beach. Large rooms with everything you need, well equiped bathroom. Public parking close by. Friendly and helpful reception.Good and tasty food in the restaurant, great service.The closest beach is well sheltered towards big waves.

The air in the room was rather stuffy, needed the window open most of the time. Rather high price on a Saturday (65% difference from Friday).The morning receptionist was more busy talking on the phone than serving the guests.

perfect location, room size more than enough for two people, nice and attentive staff. I recommend the restaurant on site for lunch & dinner. breakfast also quite good

Location and hotel shared areas

Our bedroom was very small and without views. Also, not having parking for some periods in the summer is challenging

Close to the beach, the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the spa was complete.

One hour in the spa was not enough time, loud at night, small beds, not smart TV.

room was too hot, complained that the air condition / ventilation was not working also we were had uncomfortable night due to mosquitos in bedroomIn fairness, the staff provided a fan and hopefully fixed the air-con problem

The staff was very nice and friendly.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We asked for a transfer and were swiftly switched. This room however also had a lot of mosquitoes.

The food in the restaurant was very good. I got a menu del dia and it was perfect, also i ordered breakfast , which was good.Unfortunately SPA works only at the weekend

As the staff were very helpful and kind and the lady at breakfast was just lovely. The location is perfect right at the beach. Isla is very beautiful with multiple different beaches opportunities for walks runs and water sports. We were really impressed with both the hotel and location and will certainly return

the spa was great but the sauna wasn’t working. Room was a good size and comfortable. water pressure in the shower was very strong

I just didn't think it was anything special for the price compared with what I paid for other hotels on this trip to northern Spain.

Nice location with helpful, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant in the hotel - I ate there both nights.

Looks ‘tired’. Poor air conditioning in the room; eco-flush broken (though full flush okay).
