Pros +
- Location overlooking the Duero river valley and seclusion from noise and pollution of Soria (but close enough to walk into town)
- The location was lovely,
- Everything was great! The location, the view from the room. Super friendly staff. The food was excellent. Thanks
Cons -
- Everything - including the weather - was superb
- We were travelling on a motorbike. On arriving & booking in we were asked if we found a secure place for parking which we had. On emptying the bike a lady came up the road and started shouting at us in Spanish to say we cannot park there and need to go to the car park (which was unsecure & no where to chain the bike to) she even said she would call the police to get the bike removed, then went inside to tell her colleagues to get us to move. We did move but it was not a great start to the holiday as we were going to book the hotel again on our way back from our tour but didn't due to the rudeness of the lady. The court yard needs to be cleaned, looked as though it had not been clean for some months, rubbish and cigarette butts on the floor. The member of staff behind the bar then shouted when someone want a drink to just wait!

Great hotel, traditional Parador experience but in a modern setting. Great for road trips as there’s ample parking. Restaurant is ok but don’t expect gourmet. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly and relaxed.
Modern Parador set in a historic site with wide ranging views over Soria and beyond. Rooms were large, beds comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were obliging. Restaurant had panoramic views. Food was a little disappointing.
It’s location
We didn’t get a room with a view, although the room was very spacious and comfortable
Comfortable rooms, everything was clean and functioning.Good restaurant.
Not a big deal, but if you need an invoice, check the name and relevant other details. Our surname was a fictional/botched creation which was mostly humorous.
Excellent friendly and efficient staff. All the comforts we wanted in the room. Beautiful location and stunning views. There were more Vegetarian dishes featured on your menu, which was a great improvement.
Only one small comment about the dining room lighting. During the daytime there are beautiful views from this room, but at night the overhead lighting is a little bright, and some more subtle lighting or candles on the tables, would add atmosphere to the area and improve the dining experience.
Very comfortable room, great size with a balcony overlooking a valley view. The hotel is set in a park so lots of trees and walks to enjoy.
Food in the restaurant.
beautifull location, nice staff
timing of breakfast (we needed to leave early and couldn't buy breakfast before leaving)
The hotel is situated on the old castle ruines, and sits above the town of Soria. The road up to the hotel is a great little road with a few hairpins which is fun on a motorbike. The hotel its self is quite modern and the facilities are plush. The staff are helpful and friendly and the roooms are great with individual balconies for each room with views over the town and distant moutains.
The additional charges on arrival were a suprise, but I suppose for the standard of the hotel the overall costs where OK.
A great location, just far enough out of town so it’s quiet. Clean and roomy
The quality & ambience of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Lovely serene & scenic location. Free outdoor parking.
Had dinner in the restaurant. Whilst the meals were tasty there was a lack of vegetables & too much meat. Breakfast was disappointing for the price (expensive & very ordinary).
Magical location, views breathtaking, hotel staff friendly and professional. A great experience, we will return!
Excellent location with easy road access and good parking
Uphill walk back from trips into city
Nice friendly hotel. Great staff. Although my Spanish is passable most of the staff spoke reasonable English. Restaurant was great and the breakfast was also very good.
Parking. We were 6 motorcycles and there was no secure parking. Only at the back of the property.
Amazing views, huge bedrooms, great front desk woman.
No issue with the property, but dinner starting at 8:30 is late.
Good choice of foodstuffs
Evening Meal, Cabrito was served up totally raw in parts of the joint and had to be sent back to the kitchen.expensive evening meal for what was on offer and served.
Location, hotel rooms, fantastic views and free parking, the staff were lovely
Restaurant and cafe open too late in an evening for food but it didn't spoil our holiday as we just walked into town
Good facilities good location. Easy walk to town well worth doing.
