About
Boutique Hotel Castilla is built on top of Soria's ancient city walls, 1312 feet from Soria Bullring. Set on a pedestrian street, it offers modern air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, the walls of Soria are in its halls. All heated rooms feature wooden floors and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Each country-style room has a mini-bar, safe and work desk. Some rooms have a balcony. Soria is a small city and you can walk to Santo Domingo Church, the Numantino Museum and San Juan de Duero Church from the hotel. The 16th-century Renaissance town hall, in Soria’s main square, is 1148 feet from the hotel. Luggage storage is offered and the hotel has a tour desk. Boutique Hotel Castilla is next to Plaza de los Herradores, where you can find a range of restaurants and bars. The property is close to the Alameda de Cervantes Park and the hotel has an agreement with a parking lot next to the hotel.

Pros +
- I loved my stay in Hotel Castilla. The room I got was way bigger than expected. Everything is so close to the center. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
- The location
- The only good thing about this hotel is the location, which is right in the centre of town.
Cons -
- No basics like toilet paper or pillow covers. Coffee machine with no coffee or cups supplied.
- Poor value, not very clean, dated decor. Pedestrian crossing near by made a constant warbling sound. The fridge in the room was filthy.
- The no-staff check-in procedure. As an older couple, we don't like to do everything on-line. In fairness, after this experience we'd know what to expect! It was unfortunate that the room we were allocated initially had no key-cards. However, this was sorted out quickly with the remote reception.

Good room. Good price. City-centre.

Nice room with big enough bathroom, there was also a coffee machine and some infusion teas
There was no reception so there was nowhere to leave our bags before check-in or after check-out...
Great location, very central, but on a quiet side street.
Great central location. Allowed me to park my bike in my room on the first floor (made it all a bit tight though) - Julian the guy in charge was a very efficient front man. Good value for money.
I think this would be better described as a boutique hostel…. it is not a hotel. I don’t like this no reception business - means that arriving and checking in is a complete pain. Much prefer someone there to greet you and personally check you in. A security alarm nearby went off all night which meant little sleep but not really the hotels problem. My room needed a lick of paint and a deep clean.
I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was located in the center and has a parking garag
A clean and comfortable hotel right in the heart of Soria -- charmingly built into the old city wall
Best pillows ever
