The coffee was excellent. The service was an example of professionalism. The choices were abundant and all items were perfectly prepared.

One waitress did not listen to a thing I said. She just served me what SHE thought I should have. Everyone else went above and beyond.

Located right next to the city center, has nice rooms, and great ambience, the SPA is good, with a nice sized swiming pool.

So close to a main street, parking should be dificult. Not great views, if that's what your expecting.

Wow, breakfast and location! Elegant design and comfort! Friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed the park across the street and the friendly tapas bar there, the closeness of town for meandering. I was able to find free parking.

Excellent hotel, location, staff, SPA!

Room was very modern and comfortable however we could not lower the heating so was much to warm for us. Also, no restaurant or bar so in some ways disappointing. That said, for a one night stopover on our travels it was fine. The staff were very good and parking was safe.

Staff were so very helpful. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.

We were greeted by one of the nicest receptionist, Rebecca. She made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the information we needed.The housekeeping staff were also very friendly.The room and bathroom were very big and comfortable and immaculately clean.Parking in the hotel was convenient.The hotel was walking distance to everything we needed.

Beautiful historical building recently refurbished with excellent taste. The location is great within walking distance from all tourist attractions.

Beautifully designed and decorated hotel. Quiet but close to a very nice park and lots of restaurants. The spa was very nice and relaxing. Friendly staff. Large and delicious breakfast with lots of options. Very fast internet that allowed us to work. Comfy beds. Everything was perfect!

The property is only 6 months old. April 2024. So super clean and modern.

Poor attention to finishing electrical work, TV network cable disconnected intermittently through out the stay and seems unable to fix. Air conditioning kept stopping and had to rely on a call to reception to remedy, several times in our stay

Everything was great. Location was across the street from a beautiful park in the middle of the town. The hotel felt new but also had a lot of charm. We had a suite that was quite large. The spa was nice and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The AC in our room wasn't working. It got very warm at night. The only way to cool it was to open the window, but without a screen, we were bit by the mosquitos. If the AC worked correctly, the stay would have been absolutely perfect.
