Clean, good location and private parking.

We have stayed in this hotel before and again the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a spacious room and en suite bathroom. Good location.

If you sit up in bed the bed slides from the wall and the pillow falls down the gap , we had to put a towel on the floor under the legs , it helped a little

Beds are uncomfortable for me, giving little sleep time.Shortage of staff for things like evening meal and breakfast. parking was an extra expense and a little difficult in an underground car park

Secure parking Easy access to the A67- good for an overnight stop on the way back to Santander or Bilbao.

Area was not the best - 15-20 minute walk into Palencia.

Friendly staff. Underground parking. Large room, air conditioning. Quiet location next to restaurants.

Bathroom a bit tired. Large corner bath but didn’t feel safe when using it with shower. No grab handles. Shower screen not effective. Had to jam it in place with the corner of a towel and it didn’t stop the water getting on the bathroom floor. No food or drink availability on Sunday.

Easy check in. Secure underground parking. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.Close to restaurants for a meal.

The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room and en suite bathroom were very spacious. Location was good for us. Very happy.

I like the fact that pets were not allowed at this hotel. I have had some bad experiences in the past with pets in hotels and I feel that it is important that non pet owners have a choice of where they want to stay too.The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly and the town centre was in good walking distance from the hotel.

easy to find from the motorway. Good situation as a stop off point en route to santander ferry. Room and bathroom facilities were fine , mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. I didn't need it but it catered well for special dietary requirements.

we checked in at 10pm, porter spoke only Spanish (I managed but others may not). the car park entrance felt complicated after a long day's drive. parking spaces are very narrow and set out in a curve, big cars and tired drivers may not be a good combination!Worst of all though was I hardly slept. The room was stifling. Thermostat on controls appeared not to work. I threw off the quilts (yes, two...)and my pyjamas and was still overheated. it really wasn't good...

The fact that we couldn’t adjust the temperature. It felt a bit cold…

It was a very modern, attractive hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK - fairly standard Continental, but plenty.

Despite the website saying the restaurant was open in December during our stay, we were shown into a small cafe area and the dinner was dreadful. Luke warm tinned soup and cheap packet lasagne. Extremely disappointing. However, we were so cold and hungry we ate it. The young lady who served us was delightful, smiley, and did her best to help us.
