Very clean, well kept, well appointed room and comfortable linens too!

Great place, we traveled with our dog and everything was perfect! About 1,5km from the city center so it is worth driving during warmer days, but parking is easy to find. Very clean spacious room, we will definitely come back.

They gymnasium was locked so unable to use.Bacon at breakfast was awful, very fatty obviously the cheapest cuts to buy. I wouldn't give it to my dog.

Staff very friendly, spoke excellent English. Very helpful.Breakfast was excellent, all very fresh and we'll presented with great selection and friendly staff.

Gym was on lower ground floor, but was locked.The bacon at breakfast was inedible due to being extremely fatty and streaky. Otherwise fantastic.

Lovely clean hotel. Great location. 10 minutes or less from motorway and 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Good breakfast too.

There was no dining provision in the evenings. One needs to cross over the road to a choice of three bar restaurants.

All very good breakfast was exceptional as had lots of variety. Location just off motorway useful . Room spacious and clean with good facilities.

The location was perfect. Close to the old city but away from the chaos of the old city. Had a great parking spot. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Also hotel had a gym which I loved. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Food was disappointing, otherwise the hotel met our needs well. The receptionist was particularly nice & helpful.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff . Good, reasonably priced, cena.

Only issue - heating would not turn down & room far too hot. Had to leave window wide open to compensate ( wasting energy)

Nice clean place

The bar was shut for food and drink because it was a Friday. We had just driven for 8 hours and just wanted some food and a drink before bed, instead of the we had to search for somewhere suitable in the town, had I known this I would never have booked it.

The hotel was easy to find and a good location for an overnight stay on the way to the ferry at Bilbao.It was a modern hotel, tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The staff were pleasant and the food good.

It can be a little difficult travelling with a dog and whilst the hotel is dog friendly, there isn't anywhere available to eat accompanied by a dog - terrace etc.
